This Chipotle is the worst. They are always out of everything. Steak, lettuce, cheese, sour cream. Forget it. I never have everything I want in my bowl. I'm going to completely stop going here.

THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE IN TOWN!!!Number one: I have tried at LEAST 4 times in the last 2 months to get my dinner from here. Every time, I show up between 5:30-6:00 on any given day of the week, and this Chipotle is out of basic ingredients. After seeing limited availability last night at 5:45pm, I chose simply chips and mild salsa. The chips had NO salt or lime flavoring. Everyone involved in the order process has either the worst attitude or no personality at all. From this day on? I will eat at any Taco Bell, rather than go to this Chipotle.

We ordered food for delivery. Although all the labels show what was ordered, there are missing items and incorrect items in the meals. IE; ordered brown rice with my bowl and got white rice. Ordered lettuce, no lettuce, ordered fajita veggies and salsa and got neither. Tried calling but nobody will answer other than an automated voice. Never again Chipotle. Zero customer service.

I haven't gotten food from here in over a year because the last time the food was either not fresh or they were out of something. I decided to give them another chance and order delivery. Dasher called me to tell me they were out of chicken lettuce, guacamole, fajitas, corn, cheese and tomato's. I will never spend money with any Chipotle again.

Total disappointment went there at 8:45 pm and was told basically they’re out of everything I understand workers want to get out of work on time but an hour and 15 minutes before closing is a little far off from closing time. If they want to close at 9 pm they should be closed instead of trying to sell the scraps that’s leftover at the end of the night sorry I won’t be back

Ordered two burrito bowls. Got home and we were really disappointed. The main issue was uncooked black beans. They were only partially cooked and very hard. I had lettuce added. It was bagged very wet lettuce that put water all over the bowl. Not as many topping or at least free toppings as competitors.

Me and my wife got burrito bowls today, (she got white rice and I got brown rice) got home and started to eat and noticed something crunchy in both our food. Found out that the rice in both of our bowls are so undercooked that there almost rock hard!! Needless to say we couldn't finish our food. This is the second time this has happened to us at this location. Brutal experience!!!

I have given this location chance after chance to redeem themselves but today was it for me. I've been there when they are out of meat, or when I couldn't order extra cheese because no one wanted to grate any and they got angry that I even asked, every single time I have been there they are out of something and today it was bowls!! Seriously guys no one notices you were almost out of bowls so they can correct it before it became an issue. So the incredibly rude gentleman that slapped my bowl together made it in a lid so I got half the ingredients but you can be sure I paid full price and he was paying attention to everything around him except the customer. Trying to get this bowl home with no lid was just a disaster. I don't understand how Eastgate is owned by the same people, they have always been fabulous but this Amelia location, never again!
