Food was good/bad. Brisket was the worst brisket I've ever had. Dried out and almost tasteless. However, the ribs were excellent. Will go back for ribs. You couldn't give me their brisket.

Everything I've ever had there was yummy. The baked potatoes are to die for. Chris the manager is the nicest. The restaurant was super clean.Vegetarian options: The smoked baked potatoes are amazing.

My favorite is the chicken ...not a fan of any of the sides, but the meat is good.
If you love bbq; you need to try Dickey’s. Prices are reasonable and the food is great. As I checked the choices of meals below this review; what I got isn’t listed but I have had the ones that I’ve checked. So keep in mind, there are other choices ? ?
Two guys slinging good BBQ!This was the day before new years, the Chipotle next door was out of half the menu, and didn’t seem to care we were even there. We walked next door and were quite surprised. Great food and even better service. Pleasantly surprised. 10/10 would go back!

This company has poor customer service while making it appear otherwise. I posted a review on 12/14/23 about the disappointing / borderline deceptive product which was advertised as brisket chili cheese fries and contained less than an ounce of meat. I received a response from their "customer service" expressing their apologies and asking me to email an included email address. Of course, this response shows on Yelp as if they are quite responsive. I emailed them within a couple of hours of their post as requested. It is now over 2 weeks later and I still have received no response to my email.The moral of the story - if you have a problem do not expect any actual attempt to make it right.

I've been at both the milford location and this location. All staff is Like family. Very great atmosphere for kids. Food absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

I don't think they use smoke. Meat tastes like it was cooked in a crock pot.
