Ordered my food through the drive thru and it was correct it was just really messy, and for 2 orders I got one napkin. Couldn't understand guy at the window. He seemed to mumble .

Overall I did not have a good experience at the drive thru. I got a #1 (3-way and a cheese coney) didn’t want a beverage, she said I had to get one, so I got water. Get to window and pay, guy asks if I really want the water and I said no. He asks if I want crackers and hot sauce, I said yes. I get food, get to hotel I’m staying at and go to eat and there is no fork, no napkins and no hot sauce..so I’m currently eating the 3 way with the lid from the cheese.

Seated ourselves , no other customers in the dining room. We were never greeted and after several minutes we left. We watched the 5 employees laugh as we got back in our car. Only recieved a standard response email. Management doesnt care about the service.

Want hot sauce or crackers? Nope, obviously this location runs low/tight on that. I repeadly ask for hot sauce packs and crackers and get NONE. It's the little things.

I'm not a customer but I was hired for a franchise and I trained at this location. If anyone reads this please don't eat here. This is corporates training store!! The GM Alicia was showing me how to cook spaghetti and when it was done she had the cooked spaghetti sitting on the floor. She also had ice buckets on the floor also. I asked her about those things and she said I can't lift the container of spaghetti. When they cooked bacon, they would cook it half-way then let it cool so they would drop it into the fryer to crisp up. Plus the training coordinator Brandie was so intent to get me a hat or visor to make sure I was wearing it, but the GM Alicia didn't wear one all day. After I asked Alicia about the food safety things she must have gotten mad because I was fired because she told her bosses that I wouldn't listen to her and I did what ever I wanted. There are cameras, watch them!!!

Hands down my favorite chili parlor and these were the best coneys ever! Just the right combination of chili cheese onions and mustard. Nothing overwhelmed the others. I wish I would’ve gotten more! The Pepsi was awesome and washed it all down.Do your tastebuds a favor and get some GoldStar today!

Ordered 2 conies to go and after standing and waiting for almost a half hour I left. Lady with short hair was super rude like i was at Ruth Chris and not a fast food place. There was one girl on the steam table who looked like she was there because of a hostage situation. I called corporate to get my money back and to let them know but never got a call back. Yet thus franchise wonders why everybody goes to the other guys where they actually treat you with respect.

Thank you to the owners of my favorite Gold star chili franchise. I stopped in for dinner last night to get dinner. Everyone was so nice and when they rang up the price. I only owed $1.38 as they reminded me they were doing a Veterans discount yesterday. Thank you so much as always the 5way and Cheese coney was fantastic.
