The worst Tacobell ever. Never go here or you'll get this. Beyond pissed right now. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I'll drive further next time to another location. I hadn't been here in a year now I know why. Never never never again. You all suck at this location. Please don't bother calling me to apologize. This always happens here and no one cares.

The teens at this locations are gross. Saw a girl sneezing all over herself in the front lobby who worked there, not covering her mouth and being extremely unhygienic. If that's not enough to make you avoid this place, everytime I've come here, the girl at the window with the septum ring and dyed hair is the most insanely rude teen I've ever encountered. She stares you down, doesn't say a single word, snatches your card and shoves your food at you. Each time slamming the window and putting her back up against it or giving you a nasty look. When you try calling to complain, they let it ring over and over until someone just hangs up on you. Guess that's why they'll probably only ever work at a Taco Bell. ?♀️ I'll go down the road to the next location from now on.

Small mostly clear (empty) restaurant with a few open seats or booths to go for lunch or dinner with kids. Great food.Parking: Definitely room to park in this area. Alot of space in a suburban.
I tried to call and speak with the managwr because my order was missing some key ingrediants and the serving size was half what I paid for, the person who identified himself as the manager refused to give me his name when I asked twice. When I advise I would speak to the DM he said allright and disconnected the call.

Every time I go to this drive-thru it is very fast Very good food They do a real good job there If only they can teach the people down in New Richmond Ohio Taco Bell how to actually run their business then things would be much better down there They need some real training They need to learn like the Amelia Taco Bell Amelia Taco Bell has been a great restaurant I go there several times a week I used to go to New Richmond Ohio Taco Bell a lot but not so much anymore I'm pretty much quitting going there just because the way they act treat their customers disrespectful they don't have manners I don't think They need to be taught by management or something I don't know anyway yeah the New Richmond Ohio Taco Bell sucks and I really hate to say that but it's the truth They really need training down there
