When a group of us were in on Saturday a woman in front of us asked the employee if the coffee shop offered Senior Discounts. The employee immediately told her that we don’t care about seniors. I was totally amazed by her answer.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options offered at Arabica Coffee in Downtown Amherst! The portions were very large at a low price. I can’t recommend this spot more!

Not a good experience, Saturday at 3, no one in the place. Coffee was cold she offered to put in the microwave! Gross! I was given an attitude for wanting fresh hot coffee. Specialty coffee was over favored, I had to add more and more plain coffee to get the flavor right. While we sat at a table the girl and the counter had her head laying down like she was napping! IDK if she was but..

literally the place is so cool- the couch is neat, the food is good, the plants are pretty, and the "Take a book, leave a book" thing makes the place seem like a welcoming spot, and the staff were nice and efficient, everything was great :)

I was very disappointed today in the food And service.I ordered breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, hash browns, 1 pancake and orange juice which cost me $15.00, which was way too much for a terrible breakfast. I went to the counter to pick up my order and there were only 2 bacon that were shrunk and burned. I asked them to replace the burned bacon and they replaced it with 2 more shrunk and burned bacon. There was sausage on my plate that I did not order. My pancake was not with my order. I had to ask for it and wait for them to finish cooking it and it was burned on one side and it was not completely cooked on the inside and the pancake was super thin. Either the owners did not train the young workrs on how to cook or the young workers do not care. One of the young girls was was nice but the other girl really didn't seem to care. On a side note, I looked to the right and two elderly ladies ordered what looked like a sausage, egg biscuit and both of their biscuits were burned on top. Wow! What can I say , except that I will not be back. I really liked eating breakfast at Arabica in Amherst, Ohio but no more. Too bad. Because it used to be a nice place to eat. I took photos to post but did not see where I could post them.

I have eaten at this Arabica in Amherst Ohio for a couple years now. But today was very disappointing and I will not be back. I ordered breakfast with bacon and one pancake. When I went to the counter to pick up my breakfast there were only two very small pieces of bacon that were shrunk and burnt. . And my pancake was not with my breakfast. And there was sausage on my breakfast platter which I did not order and I mentioned that to the girl and the girl said it came with it and I mention to the girl they did not tell me that sausage came with it. She said sorry but really did not mean it. They then brought my two other pieces of bacon which were no different, they were shrunk and burnt. My pancake was super thin, burnt on one side and the inside was not completely done. I had also ordered orange juice. This bad breakfast cost me $15. Either management did not teach these young workers on how to cook or the young workers just do not care. And on a side note, I looked to my right were these two little old ladies were eating and it looked liked they had ordered a sausage egg biscuit, and guess what, their biscuits were burned on top. Really! I ate some of the food because I paid so much for it but I will not be back and it is very disappointed because I liked eating breakfast there. The decor is very nice and they have musicians perform there but they really need to work on the problems with their food and the workers who prepare it.

I'm not a coffee drinker, so I cannot comment on that. But they serve breakfast and lunch and I had their French toast, which was delicious.

The food was unexpectedly good and well portioned. We visited for a music night and it was a good time had by all. The drinks were tasty too and the staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

I remember a big Arabica coffee chain when I was in high school, but I'm not sure if this business is associated with them. I asked the barista but she wasn't sure. I could have sworn the chain went defunct, but who knows. The term "Arabica" is common in coffee so it may not be affiliated. The sign says lunch all day, but they do not serve lunch all day so be prepared for that if you're searching for food. When I tried to order a sandwich, I was dryly told the kitchen was closed. Drinks only! I drove out for the seasonal menu, but at 1pm, they were sold out of pumpkin, rendering the whole seasonal menu mostly un-orderable. So sad. I'm always rooting for coffee houses in the Lorain & Erie County areas, a part of our region lacking coffee stops. This coffee shop is beautiful. I really respect business owners that put time and energy into the atmosphere of their space because it truly encourages me to both spend time there and recommend it to others. I appreciated the lush plant decor, mismatched artwork and the giant garage door which likely opens in the summer to be an open-air space. An A-OK stop in the Amherst area!

Love the ambiance here, quiet, clean and service is good. Besides that, the wifi is lightning fast +80mbps download and +50mbps upload speed. I would say this is fast for any coffee shop wifi and happy about it. I had a few things I needed to do and look up and there was no lag in speed. Wish this was my go to spot in my hometown haha.

I came here hoping to find breakfast that would satisfy and let me support something local while visiting Amherst and unfortunately I didn't get that experience. The breakfast sandwiches are large and seem to be composed of 60% egg, dwarfing even the volume of the bagel it came on, and like many large foods, it had little flavor to back up the volume. Both breakfast sandwiches that were ordered were left unfinished and undesired. The coffee was fine but fairly uninspired. The location itself is beautiful and well situated in the heart of the town and the staff was helpful, but the food was just highly disappointing.
