I really like the Manager at this Amherst location and His Team are great Help. Their crispy fish sandwiches are Excellent and probably a limited time so stop in when You can.

All I can say is the Young lady with shoulder length hair and dark skinned is very very rude, dismissive and ignorant to the highest level of disrespect.! I have been in there multiple times and everytime I politely ask for my order to be made correctly and everytime it’s always wrong which is highly annoying .! I went on Thursday 3/1/2024 and holy crap it was busy but again she was rude and rolled her eyes smacked her lips and basically ignored me completely.!! The gentleman manager who is light skinned he is genuinely a kind person and definitely is under paid in my opinion, he is always trying to do above and beyond to please customers but again my order is always always always wrong.!! I saved my last order to take in just to prove that I don’t care about getting free food I just want my damn order to be made correctly that’s it.!!! But again the gentleman is super kind and amazing at customer service .!!

I come here all the time and never had any issues. However, today, I asked for unsalted fries because they're always way too salty. And I always order them extra crispy and what do I get? They were nice and hot but RAW.. I threw them right out the window because I'm not gonna drive back from Elyria. GET IT TOGETHER! YOU CAN'T SERVE UNDERCOOKED FOOD!

So, I like fast food... just follow my reviews, lol. This Arby's can be hit or miss for me... large fry, medium fry? They don't fill the holders, so why pay the difference? Their shakes are barely enough, and the price doesn't justify getting them from Arby's. What a shame cause I do love me some Jamocha! ..that being said, Arby's needs to do better. Our money is already shrinking, don't skimp out on the portions!
