I stopped by on my way out to make a purchase and the young lady was rude. We asked if the pretzel dog was beef. Her response was, "We're closing!". She was rude and didn't look up. We had no idea which stores closed and when. It was 634pm and apparently they closed at 7. The other girl cut in, apologized, and said they only had the 2 cups and 1 pretzel left. As we were speaking, the rude young lady sprayed cleaner on the display case and it sprayed on the pretzel and through to my hand!

I love auntie annes... its disappointing that there's hardly ever anything ready for sale tho. Poor girl working ALL BY HERSELF on a Sunday with lots of travelers... she was very apologetic that she only had a couple plain pretzels left!! It waa a good pretzel tho!!! Do better AUNTIE ANNES!!! GET THE POOR GIRL SOME HELP!

I love Auntie Anne's, it'd be nice if you were ever open when I'm driving through. I don't even know how you can afford your rent being open like 20 hours a week.

Is this the Auntie Anne's at the visitor's center? If so, I don't know how to spell her name, but something like, "Aryanna" is what her name tag said -- this branch needs to be thankful for her. While traveling, I stopped at the Turnpike Oasis, I was glad to see Auntie Anne’s. While the staff was friendly (hence the two stars), the food was both overcooked and cold. They shared a fountain machine with Burger King. The pop was flat. I was very disappointed. What a waste of time and money.

As I was emerging from the shadows of the depths of my vehicle I arrived to the place of rest, one thing on my mind, hotdog pretzels. As I approach the register, she called me sir. With sweet anticipation and my stomach growling I inquire of her "does thou have the hotdog enshrouded by delicate pretzel glaze with butter?" But alas she replies "I'm sorry sir, we are out of the hotdog pretzels"To which my heart shattered into a million tiny pieces. A single tear grazed my cheek. "No... hotdog... pretzels??" I mumbled. "We're all out, probably a 30 minute wait" she says. And thus my day is ruined, my heart is broken, and my stomach is empty.
