Man. I went here twice over the past 2 weeks. This is me trying to give them a chance after years of not going there. The pizza is actual garbage, first of all. Cheapest crap you'll ever eat. I can't even call it pizza. More like barely flavored paper thin dough. They got my order wrong the first time. Ordered extra sauce and cheese, and did not get either. We called and were told we should have brought it back. So they messed up and then put it on me to drive back to the store so they can correct their mistake. We said no and we wanted a credit for the extra cheese I paid for and never got. Second time, figured maybe this time they could get it right. Maybe they just had a bad day. Prices are good, so hopefully second time will be different. This time, they messed up the order even WORSE! Called again and had to haggle to get a refund, then the manager hung up on us after begrudgingly agreeing to a refund. Trash company, trash franchise, trash workers serving trash food! Stay away from this place!

We ordered 2 pizza's and when arrived we were told they forgot to make the second one but the other one was sitting there so we were told it would be a 15 min wait, so I asked if the other one that was sitting there could be made fresh and was told unfortunately no but since we hadn't paid yet we didn't have to purchase either. And because of the attitude we left after getting a REFUND because we had paid already.

Domino's Pizza online ordering promised me the pizza would be at my house in 27 minutes. The pizza arrived as promised right at the time they promise.You can't ask anything more!

Today at work we ordered, via the Domino's App, two medium pizzas using one of the listed coupons, "choose any 2 or more $6.99 each". We chose the $3 upcharge medium hand-tossed ExtravaganZZa pizza (no olives, please!), and a medium crunchy thin crust pizza with Alfredo sauce & Premium Chicken (50¢ upcharge). The ExtravaganZZa pie was absolutely delicious, with very juicy & fresh toppings, ample cheese, and well portioned sauce. The thin crust pizza also exceeded our expectations, as we had never ordered this combination before and weren't sure what to expect. As far as I'm concerned, if you haven't had pizza from this Domino's location, you don't know how good Domino's can be with a good team on board!

Ordered pizza online while out shopping. Kitchen worker hands me order takes miney from me then drops change on top of pizza box instead of handing to me. Very rude customer experience and food was luke warm and no extra cheese. Smh waist of 11 dollars and time.

This store is awful. Can’t get an order right and then makes excuses for why they messed up an order. Person working is “acting” store manager, but can’t do a refund or give credit…

First, you can't do special orders online, and when you call this particular store on Broadway in Lorain you do not get the store, you get someone else who knows nothing about the place you're trying to place your order with, and they will not take specific orders either, they put me through to the store after rudely telling me you have too many special orders then the store told me he wasn't allowed to take any orders. So, I went back online and just ordered what I wanted the way it comes, which was a very big disappointment! Our steak sandwiches had what looked like one thin slice of steakum crumbled up on it, and the bun was so over toasted that the cheese was hard. The pizza was a new one they just started doing, we ordered a small which was almost bare which was supposed to have several toppings, it was supposed to be thin crust but they sent thick crust. We will never go back there, and the worst part is that before this place opened downtown we always ordered directly to the store in Amherst and never had any problems, however since this place opened Amherst doesn't deliver to us anymore, so unless we have time to pick-up looks like we will be using Pizza Hut who always gets their orders right at least!

DO NOT ORDER FROM DOMINOS ON NORTH LEAVITT!!!!!! The staff are rude and unprofessional and you won't get what you ordered or you will be missing vital parts of your order like Alfredo sauce for the pasta when you call and say something they want to send the driver back to check the pasta (still waiting after 35 minutes) and if the driver comes back and informs us that there indeed is no sauce then we will make it again and redeliver it then when nobody shows up and you call they tell you we are very busy we will get to you when we have timeWaited an hour for the food that wasn't even prepared correctly and still waiting after 45 minutes now for the driver to come look just to go back and inform the manager guy that there indeed is no sauce then how long will I have to wait for my new food???

I’m not ordering from them again they are very unprofessional the drivers are very unprofessional I haven’t got my order twice and when I go to try and reorder they cancel my order everytime

I have never been so furious with the type of customer service I received from the store manager Julio. He is very unprofessional and clearly has an ego complex, when our conversation wasn’t clearly getting resolved, I asked for the owners name so that I can later rely my concerns with the hopes that he would understand my frustrations. Surprisingly he refused and said he’s the only person I would have to speak to and he would not give me his bosses name. Luckily Michelle, who was very kind, took the time to listen and answer my questions. I hope for this Domino’s, future customers should not have to be subjected to this type of behavior especially when we’re spending our hard earned money to support your franchise.

It seems that it is a trickle effect when it comes to establishments getting your orders correctly. Very disappointed. Well at least the driver got a good tip. Need to get someone who answers the phone , learn how to listen, and then enter the order in right. Just done!
