Horrible establishment, horrible customer service, I ordered an online order when I went to pick up at the establishment. My order was wrong when I told the cashier if they could just add pepperoni to my pizza the cashier refused and said it was company policy if I wanted to get pepperoni in my pizza. I had to go ahead and re-order online and repay again. None of this made any sense to me so tomorrow morning I will make sure to call the management to get to the bottom of this because that is horrible customer service, and at this point I am going to tell anybody I know never to go there ever

They were trying there best. Deffinently overwhelmed. Seems they were short staff. I'm a die hard amherst marcos fan. First time I've ever gotten a pizza without any sauce. Please don't ever let this happen
