The cashier that greeted me to take my order did not understand English very well, and couldn’t speak it at all. Very disappointing. Paid for extra meat didn’t get it won’t go back again.

Horrible customer service not only is the food overpriced the woman at the register YELLED NO REFILL WHEN I ADDED WATER TO MY CUP WHEN WE FINISHED EATING THERE WAS OTHER CUSTOMERS INSIDE I COULDNT BELIEVE HOW CRAZY SHE ACTED THEN ARGUED WITH ME AS I EXPLAINED I NEEDED A DRINK I WASNT FILLING THE WHOLE CUP "OF WATER"!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS LUCKILY I WAS THE BIGGER PERSON AND DUMPED IT OUT AND LEFT. ONE SIP OF WATER WAS TOOO MUCH AFTER I PAID ALMOST $15 FOR A SANDWICH A FRY AND A DRINK
I would have given them a 5 star service but the young lady forgot my cheese sauce! However, my Roman w/Crispy BACON was 5 STARS! Waffle fries were hot too but, no cheese (at .99) landed them in the garbage.Parking: There are several businesses in this area that share the same lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s handicapped parking and no steps.

I have no idea why this place is rated so low. I always come here when I'm visiting. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The food is always great. I usually get my items to go so I haven't dined in but it seems clean, albeit a bit small. At any rate, I've been to others and this one is my favorite.

Not sure why they have such a low rating. Friendly staff and more tables then most. Been to several in the area and this one has the best Roman burger by far. Give them a shot and I know you won't be disappointed.

They forgot part of our order and when we went back, they wouldn’t acknowledge their mistake and give us the missing food. Even when we showed a receipt! When you pay that much for food, you expect better service and to receive all your items.
