Waited 30 minutes for my order which I never got to eat because it was horribly wrapped and everything fell apart.Begels and cream cheese were given separately. Why?? !!!!I don't recommend it?

Had to wait to place order even with employees milling around. Anout 5 minutes no one in line but us. When we went to pour our coffee both dark and light were empty. Then told that we had to wait for coffe to brew. I counted 7 or more employees working. Last time we were there the coffee was cold and we were told to micro wave the coffee. They don't care about customers

The point of sale employees have always been fantastic to me. One in particular, Brooke, is constantly pleasant to the point that she remembers me whenever I come in and practically guesses what I'm going to get each time. Big props to her! (UPDATED 3/12/24 after confirming Brooke's name)Today was my dog's 3rd birthday and I figured I'd just run in and out for a Sip Club drink; I asked her if they offered "pup cups" and told her it was my dog's birthday. She smiled and told me to give her a minute. She returned later with a to-go cup filled with whipped cream and a couple bits of bacon sprinkled on top! I profusely thanked her, and I didn't think about it until after the fact that I should have invited her to give it to him herself to take appropriate credit for his favorite birthday present!The food here is average Panera fare, and they are just as apt as any other location to get things wrong from time to time when they get busy. But the people that work here are exceptionally pleasant and the high level of service they provide ensures that I'll continue to come back often as long as they're around.

Got multiple parts of our simple order wrong. Coffee urns were empty or luke warm at 8:30 am. Incredibly slow slow slow service. Took 25 minutes to make an egg white spinach bagel. Don’t know what’s going on at this one.

Food is good, but way over priced and the interior is not being cared for, and the bathrooms were filthy.
Horrible. The worse that I have received.I ordered a Greek salad and received no peperoncini peppers. I bought it last night for my lunch today and I called when I saw no peppers. When I called they put me on hold for literally 11 minutes during this time I ate the salad...since no one from panera came back to the call. I hang up and call me again. First Panera says that they only give 1 pepper and not peppers. Then,The help Brianna said since it was yesterday when I bought it there's nothing they can do...I said where is that written she said that she does not know that is what they tell them. Then I asked for a manager and she was a Mgr and I can call back in for the General manager tomorrow. Then I said I ate the saladThen she said since I ate the salad there was nothing that they can do.I forgot to let her know that if I was not on such a long hold I could have stopped eating my salad and make another trip to there panera to repair or make a true Greek salad. Now I missed my walk on my lunch break because of this panera's poor service.I asked that the manager call me. We will see.

We waited about 8 minutes to get our food, which was fine, but then we had to wait another few minutes for the cashier to acknowledge us again so we could tell them they forgot our drink. Could tell as soon as we were down the road that our sandwich was unwrapped and dripping at the bottom of the bag, and when we got home found it wasn’t even close to being the right sandwich.I’ve worked in fast food for years and have never sent an order out unwrapped, soggy and ready to tear through the bag. This isn’t acceptable.

Honestly, this is the third time I've come to this location an hour before 9, which is when the listing says they close. EveryTIME, (around 8-8:30) they say they are closed and I'm forced to find another food option. As someone who works in food service, I completely understand unique circumstances or short staffing, but the THIRD time is ridiculous you guys. They are making it a habit to close early, which is very misleading. And if you fo actually close at that time, change your hours. This is a chain restaurant. And after coming off a long shift at the bar, I just want a Mac n cheese and baguette. I know. First world problems, but heed my warning. Do not waste your time at this location. Just frustrating everytime. Find somewhere else honestly.
