Customer service sucked. They didn’t have sweet, spicy, boneless wings. When we picked up our order, they said sorry but the three piece tender was not mild It was hot they ask if that was OK I said that’s fine. We got going down the road by three piece tenders was the size of my finger. My husband’s chicken sandwich had a bone in it. I looked at it and it look like all they did was throw a chicken thigh on for a sandwich. Will never be back that was only our 3 time at a Popeyes

Who ever the manager of this store is should be ashamed of themselves. First I couldn’t order what I wanted because as the cashier told me “we got in trouble and had to stop selling Mac and cheese” Seriously? You can’t make Mac n cheese without getting in trouble? Second after watching the person before me, the person after me and several other get their food I finally got mine. Never new it was so difficult to put two pieces of chicken in a box. When I opened the box the chicken was so awful looking I immediately returned it and got my money back. I can only attribute this all to failed management, how pathetic.

Slow - if you aren’t going to offer your frozen drinks at this location then take it off your menu so people don’t stand in line for 15 minutes to find out you don’t have them. Ridiculous!!!!!
This has to be a gaggle of the dumbest and most useless people on the planet. Imagine going to Popeyes and they don’t have any chicken ready to serve. No sandwiches, 35 minutes for any type of normal chicken, no ghost pepper wings, no nuggets. Fire them all, immediately. I mean if you put rocks with wigs back there, you’d accomplish the same goal as a business owner.

Service was awful, tenders were cold, order was wrong, never did get a biscuit but after arguing about the fries i ordered and didn't get it was to late for a biscuit. 0 stars and negative stars should be an option, I would have used both.

This Popeyes store has the worst services I have ever been. First of all, she has non smile on her face plus with forehead Winkled the whole time while she served the guests. I ordered 6 nonspicy chicken wings, it was not on their menu. They only have four available The cashier charged me almost double the price of the 6-piece spicy wing.I asked her how the price was decided, she could not give me a satisfactory answer. She only said the spicy wing has a different price than the regular one. No matter what, I have never seen a customer service clerk with such an unfriendly attitude.
