Ordered Carmel Ribbion Crunch, they didn’t have the crunch pieces, when they gave me the order asked about it, they just said yeah we don’t have it, and ignored me didn’t ask if I might want something else or anything.

To start off I'm from New York going home from traveling, as you may know driving for hours can be exhausting. I walked in and this girl was full of joy and positivity. I explained to her what I liked for my drinks and I told her surprise me. SHE SLAYED, my drink was phenomenal. The service was amazing.. didn't take long at all. I wish I asked for her name, if you read this... YOU ROCK GIRL!

Literally the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had, wouldn't recommend to anyone. Main reason for the review? Rude, poorly trained staff. Went to get my drink specifically marked no whipped cream (major dairy allergy!) and she just scooped it off with a dirty spoon on the counter and said it was fine, it just barely touched the top. NEVER okay to do that to someone with an allergy. Threw it out, wasted a full $11.

Took a little longer than expected and prices a little higher than usual and Wi-Fi is weak in the plaza so I couldn't add more funds to my app, but YOLO, the drink was fine and staff was friendly. I got my little starbys treat while on my cross country road trip.

Couple of times I have used and both times the staff were helpful and right on their duty. I was a returning customer and surely recommend. Second time I was right on time when they were closing at 11pm and they were able to full full my request

Branch manager and owner should take a look closer to the problems .

Walked in 10 minutes before closing time. The gate was already half closed, the floors were already mopped, and they were out of coffee. They refused to brew any more. They clearly were trying to leave early, and I wasn't worth their time.

Its a small starbucks and the coffee is nice, but they didnt really have anything. No hot food, ran out of bagels, oven was down as well, just poorly managedWheelchair accessibility: No stairs getting there, although it has a double door entry
