Literally the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had, wouldn't recommend to anyone. Main reason for the review? Rude, poorly trained staff. Went to get my drink specifically marked no whipped cream (major dairy allergy!) and she just scooped it off with a dirty spoon on the counter and said it was fine, it just barely touched the top. NEVER okay to do that to someone with an allergy. Threw it out, wasted a full $11.

Rude short lady with glasses when we asked for the Carmel Machiatto on 07/23 at 3pm. After we politely checked twice on our drink, Saying "we pronounced it incorrectly" when her team couldn't execute correctly. 5 ppl working and 25 minutes for a drink?! Lol send a regional trainer please!

Most worse experience i ever got:……:.. cold brew if you asking no ive i. Cold brew they will give you less coffee jam normally supposed to be. Somehow other states once you saying no ice. They not put extra water in IT . Lady said i can add more water i didnt order water i order cold brew coffee . So final result looks like that . I transformuotis into new cup from ice so missing 2 fingers of coffee

I'm not particularly into Starbucks, but the convenience store was closed so I popped in. My coffee was good and the service was excellent. I didn't catch her name, but the lady behind the counter was quick and friendly.
