Just wanted to commend the three young ladies that were working tonight on dealing with an unruly and disrespectful customer. They handled themselves with class while this ridiculous person was berating them for really no reason.

My favorite subway of all time! I travel for work and am constantly eating on the road and have been to many different subways but this location is the best. All the workers have good customer service skills, especially a younger girl with glasses and darker hair. I was making a group order during lunch time (it was busy) and she was very polite and patient with me and I did not feel rushed.

online order of 42 dollars which was deducted from my account but didn't go through to subway wifi problems so out 42 dollars with no food experience was great would of had to repay for the food

The food and service here are consistently pretty good. Sandwiches are never thrown together. The crew is upbeat. This is one of the better Subways in the area.

Jen the manager. This absolute horrible service here today that was completely unprovoked and uncalled for. After little research and a lot of people coming forward it looks as though I'm not the only one that has had this experience which is what she’s might in the responsible parties. Jen allowed the horrible behavior of the other employee who then proceeded to throw sandwiches and storm out the back door just because I asked her to remake my sandwich that Was supposed to be tunafish but had next to none on it. She opened the sub and saw that there was little to no tunafish and proceeded to take my old sandwich over to a fresh sandwich station and start slapping on tunafish which was absolutely disgusting, not to mention cross contaminating food. That's when I requested to have the sandwich remade since now it's old and soggy she proceeded to throw things due to my request and storm out the back door right in front of Jen The responsible manager on shift. I did put a public Facebook posting where most of the information came through due to this repeated behavior. I also had someone come forward states that this exact thing happened to her over the summer as she was going to the subway every day trying to lose weight and was miss treated and discontinued going. It's an absolute shame that businesses are going under left and right you would think you would appreciate what you have in front of you and treat your customers with kindness. Again this interaction was completely unprovoked behavior I have a video of it and I'm sure they do too. As soon as she started throwing things as when I started to record though I did not interact with her absurd behavior. Not only because I have self-respect because I represented my company in uniform. Hopefully they choose better customer care in the future. I also hope this woman finds happiness she seems very unhappy. I hate leaving a bad review!! Doesn’t seem like there’s any accountability for this establishment. So save yourself the headache and just don’t even go here the one in Walmart is better also there’s another one in Amherst and of course Quiznos is always my favorite they have never done anything disrespectful . Will only work with them for catering from here on out. Several of my coworkers and I were actually going here about 3 to 4 days a week and it’s all going to stop

Friendly staff. Clean. All the toppings were neatly in their containers and maintained. I know it's just a sub sandwich but it's great to see them prepared with care. This is why I am a repeat customer at this location. Thank you.
