Worst Taco Bell in Lorain county. I will be contacting Taco Bell Corporate Headquarters in regard to how Terrible the staff has perpetually been for 20 years.They have had at least 2 remodels and one rebuild in the time I can remember and yet the staff is always consistently terrible. How is that even possible?!They never give you all of your food.The person at the drive thru window was very rude. On my most recent visit, the person running the window did not include enough sauce packets and we asked for more. They gave us 8 packets for 9 items. It is not unreasonable to need more than that. We got their attention to ask for more sauce packets.The person waved their arms around and never opened the window for us, walked away and ignored us. We did not do anything to provoke this.Then when I called a short time later after discovering that I had 2 missing items, the person who answered the phone sounded drunk. I asked the person their name. They were incomprehensible, possibly drunk. I had to ask their name 3 times and am still not sure what they said. MAYBE "Dennis."This location cannot get an order right even with mobile ordering!Their staff is rude and incompetent. They are the worst Taco Bell in the county.I would like my order replaced free of charge.I just noticed that there is a check box on the order sticker for mobile orders. There is SPECIFICALLY a place for them to check your order for accuracy. No surprise here that the order was NOT checked and the checkbox on the receipt was not marked off.I am sick of wasting gas to drive back there for their mistakes.

Why have a mobile order lane if u can't use it???? Everytime I come here and have a mobile order and pick it up through the drive-thru get up to the window to be told next time put it as a counter pickup.

The service is terrible here! They CLAIM that they open at like 9am but they really don't open on time here. They open around 10am, an hour after they say that they are open.
Dirty, overcharged my card, paid for extra meat and barely even got a regular serving, employees are careless, and I found hair in my food, do not dine here. Also took forever as a whole. Either completely change personnel or close down the restaurant, because this is unacceptable.

I HATE leaving negative reviews. This food was served on 10/24/2023There is bad food, and there is inexcusably bad food which had to have been served intentionally. This Mexican Pizza was served through the drive-thru. The shell, which is supposed to look like a normal hard taco shell, had to have been fried at least triple the normal time, then left in the grease. Both the top and bottom shell were identically bad. Not only was it horribly burned, it was soaked in rancid cooking oil.I dare anyone to look at these pictures, and think that anyone putting this together in the kitchen could have "accidentally" served something that looks like this. This problem with rancid cooking oil was definitely not a one-off occurrence; within the last month, I also had an order of cinnamon twists on a second occasion, and an order of nachos with cheese on a third, both of which were fried in rancid oil. They obviously are not following protocol for changing or filtering the oil in the fryers. The food prep workers either have no training, no supervision, or no business working in foods. I have been having better luck with the Taco Bell on Cooper Foster near Target.
