Often understaffed (owners issue) and lobby was closed with no notification in the app when placing a carryout order (app or management issue). 7 cars in the driveway. Picking up a mobile order was going to take over 40 minutes. Wendy's order placed for 7:50. Had to leave the drive through line to pick up an order at Starbucks up the road before it closed at 8:30. ?

The service was so slow today this is our 2nd time at this location and it is by far the worst considering our first one was amazing fries cold, burgers dry, tenders old and dry and to get cookies cause no one has the sense to make more before you run out and we paid for them and had to wait for 15min or get other food which we didn't want so had to wait but the restaurant was very clean and the restroom was clean to just the service on this day was not good but we will be back

My husband and I came for dinner and when we got our food his burger was wrong so he returned it and the lady who took the burger back slammed the window and wouldn’t speak to him. we got our food and left & then realized i had spicy nuggets mixed in with the normal nuggets & then his new burger was still wrong :(

Well... it's our closest local Wendy's restaurant, They've improved in order accuracy, but the saying "Hot and Juicy" might apply occasionally. My Dave's Double was dry...again. Toppings were sparse, french fry holder was maybe 2/3rds full from a complete order, and my drink was mostly ice... I wouldn't complain, except this is repeated times I've been served a dry sandwich. Next time, if I'm craving Wendy's, I'll drive to another restaurant... Wendy's in Amherst, you'll need to do better to get my return business back... 3 stars.

This location was very busy when We stopped in and the Crew did an exceptional job of taking care of Our order and got Us out fairly quickly. Good Job.
I ordered a double baconater but when I arrived home I discovered that there was NO BACON on the sandwich!

Kids waited in line for 15 minutes to order Frosty's because the kid at the register leaves the counter and runs around like a headless chicken for 5 minutes after taking each order. When it was finally their turn, she totally ignored them and took the order of the guy behind them. So they didn't get Frosty's. This staff is totally inept.
