I purchased 8 cookies for just under $15. I found the cookies to be tasting like they had been sitting around awhile. They were crumbly and dry. I much prefer the Doughbox north of town. I messaged the business and asked how often they rotated and was told they bake them, freeze them and take them out as needed. I’d prefer to have a fresh baked cookie. I ended up throwing 3 of the 8 away because even my teenagers didn’t care for them. The service was friendly and prompt.

Was quite disappointed in the cookies that I purchased on a Saturday morning. I purchased a selection of them to give them a try. I paid just over $14 for 8 cookies. I found them to be old, dry and crumbly. I did message the business to ask what their policy was for baked goods. This is the reply of how they handle their cookies - "So, what we do is we bake a batch of cookies, fill up the tray in the store, and put the rest in the freezer so we can pull them out fresh as needed. I'm sorry they did not meet up to your expectations! I can offer you a $15 credit to try something else, or come back later once we have cycled through our stock. Whatever you want to do with it is fine!" I decided not to return and go to The Doughbox north of town where I've never had a bad cookie let alone old snickerdoodle, peanut butter, coconut ranger, molasses, and oatmeal raisin varieties. Service was patient and friendly. I believe there has been a change in ownership in the last couple of years.

I just want to give a big shout out to Lange’s. Their customer service and willingness to make their customers happy is amazing. I have been dying to try one of their maple bacon donuts that I constantly miss on the weekends due to my work schedule. They were so kind as to make me some this morning And have them waiting for me!
