Daniel took my first BWW order over the phone yesterday. He was incredibly patient, informative of the prices and options for wings when I asked, answered my questions and was so so polite! He reviewed my order and price with me at the end also. I was a solid Quaker Steak and Lube patron until recently when I had a pregnancy craving for wings and had a terrible experience with their structuring and prices since Covid. I wanna make sure that Daniel is recognized for his excellent customer service over the phone AND when I came to pick up. He noticed I was pregnant and congratulated me! Something that seemed small but is a sign of being genuine. Anyways, I’ll be ordering wings again tonight because at 38weeks pregnant I’m craving them again! Haha.

I live in the next city over but I was in Ashland, so my daughter and I came to the B Dubs here. We'll let's just say I prefer this location hands down and 2 thumbs up! The food was the biggest difference and I really appreciate the yummy hot food as well as our boneless and wings were covered in the rub and sauce perfectly! No need to ask for more of the flavor. Our server Aubrey was kind spoken, nice presence and served us well. All around an excellent experience and I may save my Bdubs cravings for when I'm in Ashland now! Thank you so much we appreciate you all there.

This is 1st time I been to this Bdubs and it was pretty damn good. I have been to ALOT of different ones. The whole overall experience with this one was very good and would go back again if I get back to the area.Parking: Plenty of parking.

I waited on my food so long that I should be filling out a W4 for the wages they owe me. This place is slow every time I order pickup. Order for a time, plan on being there 25 to 30 minutes beyond that time. Please do better.

This experience at the ashland bw3 was great because of A man named Allen! My family of 6 was sat in the front with a 15 minute wait from and awful host with a lot of unnecessary awful customer service. There were tables open tables to be bussed and she simply stood there leaned against the counter with awlful looks at my children and i up and down. I asked her name for the review and she ignored me and I had to get her name from my waitress Melissa (Mel). Host name was lexi or Alexa BUT THE MAN IN BLACK UNIFORM NAMED Allen!!! This guy came from the back noticed us from the kitchen window in the back.came all the way out asked the host WHy we weren't seated and she threw him attitude and was made to realize how lazy she was which I will say was greatly needed just by him showing great customer service to us and how easy it was to do. Then ALLEN greeted us rushed a table clean up to sit us and even got our menus it's ashame he isn't a manager or a lead because he truly has the ability to give the best customer service and watched him do not just his job but team played and helped with bussing greeting and I just hope he is recognized. All in all our waitress was great even being slamed and the food was great as well ?Parking: ASHLAND OHIO

We visited for a birthday party on Feb 3rd. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant and I'm 53 so that's saying something.There was 18 of us and 1 waitress. There were several servers standing around in the other room with nothing to do but none of them bothered to help or waitress. Drinks were not brought out promptly, some of us had to wait 15 minutes for a refill.... but the worst was the food. Several of us never got our French fries, some were finished eating before others got their food and 1 guy didn't get his food until we were ready to leave and we'd been there for 2 hours.The manager wouldn't even come in and talk to him or any of us... he literally peaked in the room and walked away. This restaurant knew we were coming for at least a week and was not at all prepared for us. We had reservations for 3 pm and they weren't even busy. I will never eat her again and will encourage anyone thinking of having a birthday/Christmas/company dinner here to go elsewhere.

One of the best Bdubs restaurant in the U.S. I can’t stress enough the way this restaurants atmosphere is like no other bdubs. 10/10
Can't rate the food cause I didn't get any...I ordered food for 710 on bogo Thurs on Thursday night Football and the browns were playing..there was 1 manager and maybe 6 employees including hostess who sanitized menus while chaos was surrounding..when walking in I noticed about 25 to 30 people in lobby I assumed they were waiting to be seated...no they were also waiting for to go orders.. after a 50 min wait I decided I wanted my money back..asked employee she didn't know how.. took my name and number and said a manager would call me to confirm..no call..I call at noon next day was told to call back on an hr..called back told to wait another hr..at 6pm I call and was finally told my refund is processed but going through corporate and will take 6 to 8 business days to get..won't be back it's one thing to be understaffed but on a TNF night with a team less than 45 min away playing no reason to be understaffed or atleast shut your mobile orders off..
