Don’t recommend ordering through the app, I ordered the chicken fry meal, cookies, and mozzarella sticks. My dasher texts me and says they don’t sell mozzarella sticks anymore (even though it was an option in the app), they can replace it with onion rings but I don’t like those. Can’t refund me either. Waste of $3.30. Not the first time this had happened.

You guys really don't know how good you have it in Ashland. Hot fresh food, hot fresh fries. Like a 10/10 in customer service and quality of food. No Burger King around my home compares. Never a bad experience here. Keep up the excellent work.

I honestly don't know what happened to Burger King. They used to be a good option The whopper was usually good. Service was exceptable. This place, like Many other's looks very upkeep, the App is a joke (poorly designed), and the service is about a two on a scale of ten. Food is served cold.Hard to believe Mickey D's is a better option.

Fast and friendly service, hot sandwich, perfectly made, good value.
They add water to the ketchup inside the store. Get packets every time. Lady admitted this to me when I confronted her. Said they have to do it. No you don't. You are contaminating already packaged food. Where does the water can me from? Back of the toilet? We don't know as a customer. Stop doing this. Bad practice.

Hadn't been to the B.K steak house in months but once again they rewon the crown,flame broiled is hands down the best burger for the buck.
