My order was wrong and when I called to talk to a manager she would not correct it and the chicken sandwiches we're not fresh at all

On 4/08/24 I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, Individual order of fries,and a drink. The person that handed my order to me informed me that they were out of fries and asked me if I wanted any other side, I declined as I didn't want any other side. I asked for a refund and I was told they didn't know how to issue a refund that I should contact customer support in their app. I contacted customer support in the app and told them my problem, that i wanted a refund or they could give me some credit/points but received no response. Not a huge cost at $3.19 but very annoying and unprofessional! On top of not having the fries for my online order the chicken on my sandwich was dried out and chewy and the Pepsi lacked carbonation. I usually have a good experience at this store but that night was really disappointing!

This location has gone totally downhill. Last time I stopped there I waited a half an hour in the drive-thru line before I finally just left. Places I have worked in the past at least TELL you at the drive-thru speaker that there will be a long wait, they didn't even give that courtesy. I love KFC, but will not be back to this location again. Too many times of long waits for overpriced, lukewarm chicken

I got the mac an cheese wrap an it was so small I could of ate like 6 of them I feel like our food was made like 2 hours before and it wasn't fresh it was cold an for the price I paid i really feel like we should of gotten
It's KFC so yes the chicken was good,also got a KFC bowl...is it me or did the bowls get smaller? A little disappointed in the bowl.

Ordered the new nuggets they were advertising on their sign. Couldn’t even eat them they were rock solid, like they had been sitting in the warmer all day long.

I think they don't change their oil & their original recipe is more like extra crispy & it is dry! 2nd time I have had to give most to my dog cause I can't hardly chew it, too sad use to have good chicken?

Ordered online, had several missing items. Called to tell them had missing items, and was told they could take my name and replace at a later date. I told them I needed the items and would be on my way to pick them up. When I arrived, they said it's going to be 14 minutes, we just started the pot pie. The chicken must have been sitting all day, was horrible. Horrible experience.
