Cold rainy day, felt like staying in... ordered a Thick crust pizza and some cheesy bread. Cheesy bread was great! (Unless you take into the fact that they forgot to put in the garlic sauce I paid for) the thick crust pizza was not even cooked all the way! I thought Marco's was in the business of making pizza? If you don't know how to cook a thick crust pizza then don't offer one.

We've only ordered pizza from here twice. Once when they first opened and tonight. We won't be ordering again. Both times we waited well over an hour for our delivery. Ordered at 7:30. Estimated delivery time was 8:05. It arrived at 8:50.

Marcos has the most vegan friendly crust in Ashland and great deals in the app, so we order here. The pizza itself is good, sometimes great with a decent veggie selection. Delivery is always fast and friendly.The biggest issue I have is with last year's update to the app. It has several issues now, but it's still usable to order a pizza.

We've ordered many times since living in Ashland and have never had any issues. Tonight we ordered 2 medium pizzas, 4 garlic butter cups, and two 12" steak and cheese subs. The pizzas were great as usual but the subs were atrocious! The buns were incredibly soggy....not like a little damp but they were slimy and I picked half of it off my sub to find the the other side was the same way. No mayo was on our subs, which is part of the original recipe (we added peppers and onions). The mayo isn't a huge deal except I don't even have much of a top bread layer to even put it on. How disappointing bc now it's garbage. And when you pay over $10 PER sub, they should arrive crispy and great, not soggy and lukewarm. We even paid for delivery and gave a $6 tip to the driver to not even go 1mile. We usually always pickup but we've have a long busy work week and didn't feel like going out again. We also didnt receieve our garlic butter which we also paid for in our order and the person answering phones said they'd credit us and yet didnt even ask for our name. Sadly, I doubt we will order anytime soon. Now to find something at home to eat bc the subs are not even palatable bc of the soggy buns. The 3☆ is generous only bc the kids liked the pizza.

Just want to let them know we were very pleased with our pizzas ! We live 25 mins away and when we got home they were still hot and fresh and delicious! Perfect amount of cheese and toppings !! We will definitely be ordering again thank

Soo we placed an order, asked (twice) if they delivered to our address because we knew it was far away… plus we wanted to call other pizza places to see the specials. We decided to go with Marcos because of the deals. Placed the order.. waited 45 min…An hour… an hour 15. Still nothing. Called in to see where it was when they told us they didn’t deliver to our adress (meanwhile my 3 kids were waiting for dinner and our card was charged) Upon ASKING where it was.. and being told we could come pick it up the manager told us we were being rude and not to call back anymore. Honestly she was pretty overdramatic.. and I still don’t have my pizza. So I’m writing this review to say I’m still hungry and the manager needs some training on how to properly care for a customer that was expecting pizza and never got it. Again… my card was charged. Maybe in 3-5 business days the bank will release it. #stillhungry
