I have went thru there three times this week and all three times I got rang up for muffins not biscuits and I called n had one replaced.... The second one I let slide. The third one I caught at the window and they replaced it but the biscuit was hard as a rock.
It's a McDonald's. Food is what you get. Service is hit or miss. It's about a 50/50 chance they'll mess something up or make you wait a while in the drive through. However, again it's a McDonald's.
