The subs are good, but the staff has been lacking competence and customer service the last two visits to the Ashland location, six months apart. Never had a bad experience at the Mansfield location.
After seeing these reviews, people here in Ashland can be hard to please! Haha!I was excited about this place when it came shortly after Jersey Mike's. It is a little pricy but the food has always been 100%. The staff have always been friendly and the place is clean!I personally love the Grilled Italian and the Mrs. Loves the chicken ceasar wrap (extra chicken).Will definitely keep coming here s long as prices stay down!
