Wendys has gone down hill. The food is old and stale they constantly forget items . Was told we are running slow due to a big health inspection probably because of all the stale food will not eat at wendys at least not in Ashland.

Went after the St Patrick's Day parade so they were pretty busy but they kept up really well and food was hot and good. Got the Junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and there is quite a lot of food there. Good and friendly service at counter.

I ordered a Baconator, (double) with fries, drink and small vanilla frosty,My wife ordered a Dave's single, fries, drink and JR. FrostyAnd my two year old daughter got a 4pc chicken nuggets kids meal with chocolate milk.The sandwiches were okay, they were not fresh, the fries were not fresh, my fries had a hair in them.If this is what 30$ buys you, go somewhere else.

This Wendy’s is straight trash. Cold nuggets, a crispy baked potato, no bacon on potato like was ordered. No silverware. Surprised they even remembered the bbq sauce. Not a single other person in the drive thru line yet food was disgusting. Didn’t even eat the potato. Get it together. Obviously I’m not the only one with this issue. When is management gonna take control and do better? Probably never. It is Ashland Wendy’s after all.

Chrissy Keske is a violent, demeaning and hostile manager. And should NOT be allowed to treat people the way I saw. On Friday October 13th, I witnessed her throwing utensils at a young employee, narrowly missing their head. She's also been observed by other patrons and employees , screaming and cussing , belittling employees, handing out "drugs" from her purse, (Said it was to calm the kids anxiety, didn't realize she's a Dr. too) calling the young kids working there all kinds of bad names. This is ridiculous behavior for a "boss" , but we all know that there will never be any kind of repercussions because she continues to harass, demean, degrade and frankly give these kids ( some their first job) a fair amount of unneeded stress and anxiety from her violence and psycho managerial skills ... SHAME ON YOU CHRISSY KESKE ...SHAME ON YOU .

I worked for these people on my day off in my pajamas and i don't usually speak bad about the places ive worked at but when it comes to my children (you most definitely got the right one) I sent my children to Wendy's with $20 (while I was still working there, but out sick) to get me some Chilli since I had a UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION that sparked my ASTHMA and BRONCHITIS i had a really BAD COUGH and didnt feel comfortable around the FOOD my head was spinning could BARELY BREATH when I walk so I was out of it (TMI) the mucus was so thick i was choking on it to the point i would vomit). The GM Christine or Chrissy decided to tell my paying children that they are interrupting her business, they cant keep getting anything for free and that they are always up there begging (in front of customers) and while i was out sick after sending them with money and the fact that my children have never went anywhere begging especially to my job without someone giving them stuff for free because they like my children and they know they are my children and they are paying customers like anybody else so why she would speak to my children like that I don't know but I can bet my bottom dollar she would have never spoke to them like that if i was there. I go back to work after 2 days still feeling the same as i did when i left and did not want to stay there and cough over any of the customers food so i left and quit that day. I worked here and was a hard worker, late a few times but busted my buns while there. Instead of sending me home after telling her I was still choking couldnt breath and still throwing up she writes me up for being late. Cool I walked out and quit that day. Your loss I know what I'm capable of and what goes around comes around. Not to mention the conversation with krystyn lying saying the owner came through the drive thru and was upset with my service (stop it) the one day i dont feel good and can barely move he is upset with my service but other days when i was happy healthy and satisfying customers after they said they would not return you never showed up? Anyway.....Chrissy and Taylor do not use sandwich paper when making sandwiches.I've never seen Chrissy, Taylor, Or Krystyn wash their hands, Ever! Especially when making food. Stop going thru the drive thru, tell them to wash their hands, lay sandwich paper down, make your food fresh and watch them as they do it or no telling what germs you will be eating.***Megan, Hunter, Lydia and Tracey, Ryan and Mikey are great workers and Wendys does not deserve them, their is a younger looking guy that works there he might still be in school he is awesome as well but I never got his name, he was there when i sent a letter telling them to lay sandwich paper down the day i worked in my pajamas the rest of the workers there are trash.***A team member lifted the top off of the frosty machine and it smelled like fungus from under a toe nail.The workers pick over the food (eating) and serve you out of the food they've picked out of, when they aren't eating they are on their phones.They have disabled/mentally challenged (not sure what to call them without offending anyone) people working there and Chrissy and Taylor bully them.Chrissy and Krystyn do nothing but eat sandwiches the size of their heads.Chrissy will talk about you behind your back but will never say anything to your face (lame).Chrissy has dropped food on the floor and served it making a joke about it.Taylor scratches in forbidden places and just puts gloves onSorry to tell you but if youve eaten here in the past few months you have the Wendy's bug

There's a beautiful two-way fireplace for ambiance. Despite having a handicap bathroom stall, they are NOT handicap friendly! The door going into the bathroom is so heavy that a person in a wheelchair couldn't open it and there is no automatic opener button on the wall for them!
