Food was burnt. Yuk. Got 2 cheddard beef sandwiches. Both tasted burnt. Threw them out after one bite. Mozzarella sticks were good. * Update____* Arbys Corporation contacted me and was concerned about my review. That is a biggie. They care. Sent me a free meal replacement card. Have to say I will continue to go to Arby's. Changed it to 4 stars.

I was highly disappointed. I ordered 6 classic roast beef and I like the beef shredded very thin. I was told the roast beef comes in already sliced. My neice works at Arby's so I know this was untrue. I left without ordering anything at all. I'm not understanding why the time cannot be taken to slice the roast beef super thin when requested. Madison Arby's had no problem at all doing this for my family. It's sad I had to drive from Ashtabula to Madison just to get amazing service. They also confirmed the roast beef does not come pre sliced. What is happening to making a customer happy in Ashtabula?
