Let me say this, about 15 years ago Chic's is the place myself and my best friend Robin McDaniel Roebuck used to go to in the afternoon after we completed our errands, finished work for the day, etc, usually between 2:00-5:00PM until our men got off work and usually met us there. We had no fears or thoughts that it was improper to bring our 2 young boys with us after they got off school either.
