The steak never cooked. The fajita veggies are always raw. And they are open until 11 now but if you go after 9:30 9x out of 10 they don’t have half the stuff on their line. TRASH!

I’ve been patronizing once a week for over a year now. Good size bowl portions, good tasting food, very clean; someone is always cleaning tables or sweeping floors. After visiting the Mayfield chipotle’s for many years, I am happy this one isn’t the same ridiculousness as the city locations.

Terrible experience the last couple of times we’ve eaten here. We thought maybe it would be better this time but it was worse. Barely any chicken in our burritos, mostly rice. Hard pieces of chicken skin or bone for the tiny bit of meat that was in there. Vegetable skins in the burritos. Stale chips! We couldn’t even enjoy the chips and queso when the burritos disappointed us. It was terrible. Unless there is a drastic change the next time we go with the food then we won’t go back again. Fix the issues so your regular customers want to come back, instead of keeping things the way they are and driving customers away.

I got a bag of chips with literally 5 chips in it and my bowl had multiple things I never asked for. Careless and rude when I went to pick it up then went back to complain and the manager basically told me tough luck and walked away from me. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Four out of five times I have enjoyed Chipotle bowls carnita and Chicken on my favorites this time I had the chicken black beans brown rice peppers and onions sour cream and cheese and it really hits the spot I've always enjoyed Chipotle for the most part in about 3 months and it did not fail to satisfy the chicken was juicy everything was very tasteful I definitely will be back

On 11/30/23 I ordered online drive thru pickup. I ordered the Chicken Burrito Bowl. Several things were wrong with it.1. There was no rice not a grain existed-l ordered brown rice2. The black beans had not been drained at all, there was so much liquid it had penetrated the cardboard bowl and was wet on the bottom.3. The chicken was burnt so dry it was like eating straw, there wasn't a tender piece anywhere in the bowl it was all crispy grossness4. There was no Queso Blanco cheese sauce-l ordered and paid for it. The only good thing was they did get the grated cheese and sour cream on it.It was inedible, I ended up having to throw it away. There's no excuse for this much nasty. I'm a regular customer. We order at least once a week because I have health issues that make eating hard but for some reason Chipotle is one of the few foods I can tolerate, at least until this happened. I'm not sure I'll be back after this.

I'm absolutely disappointed. I have NEVER in my life had such a skimpy bowl. It might be half full and I paid almost TWELVE DOLLARS for it. After working a 13 hour shift in a hospital I'm to tired to cook and I can't even rely on a fast food restaurant. Raise your prices and give less food? I'm soooo irritated. I even told the cashier and he goes "ohhh...". The guy that made the bowl literally got down eye left just about to make it 'portion control'. Next time I'll just stop at McDonald's. I'd be glad to share the picture with you since I cannot just post it here.
