Our first time in the area. Stumbled across this place . One of the owner’s Allie was a great host/bartender, extremely pleasant. We loved hearing about the story of how the Cloven Hoof Brewery go its name . We had the flight and enjoyed local pretzels from the local bakery. If you are in the area, you should pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed.

Came here from Maryland for the eclipse on a whim. Great atmosphere, great beer. Met the owner who was very welcoming. Did a flight of everything on tap and they were all very solid. Casa Bonita and the Great Get Back were excellent. Thanks for opening your brewery for this event, wish you were closer to home!

I’ve never had a non-great beer there. Everything there is fantastic.

We were in town to buy a piece of equipment for our brewery from another brewery in the area and happened to stumble upon this brewery. I was in love the second that I walked in the door. You don’t find many places that name their beer after a Dismember album (the staff was stoked that I picked up on the reference). I was also impressed with the quality of beer from the small brew house, which gives me hope for ours. My wife loved the bottomless popcorn (sorry guys, I’m stealing that idea). Needless to say, after lots of beer and lots of merch later, we loved it. We can’t wait to make another visit.

Fun, friendly little place. A friend of mine told me about it. Finally made it out there. Loved the atmosphere, the staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed the food truck as well. I like the whole set up.

Beer's are great and the little bit of food or snacks are okay but better when they have a food truck there. Service is always friendly and considerate. Ambiance is good

Man, after cruisin' down the Western Reserve Greenway bike trail, we rolled into this joint, like, totally parched, you know what I'm sayin'?The vibe was all brew-typical, man, and for a Friday afternoon, it was kinda chill. But hey, no worries, I wasn't in the mood for a crowd, man.So, we hit up the bar, and whoa, the staff was like, super friendly, man. And let me tell ya about the brewskis - they were like a taste explosion in my mouth, dude. I downed two IPAs, a porter (guest tap from Darkroom Brewing, yeah!), a coffee milk stout, and this white dessert stout. All of 'em, man, all of 'em were pretty darn tasty. Now, the Darkroom brew, it was cool, but not quite in the same league as the homegrown stuff. But still, it hit the spot, ya know? It's always a trip to stumble upon these hidden gem breweries in the middle of nowhere. I'm definitely gonna swing by on my next journey through town, man!

Honestly, it's worth more than 4 stars, but the limited beer selection (3 of 5 are IPAs, of which I'm not a fan) is worth a half-point for a brewery. Interesting selection of brews with a larger-than-expected selection of ciders. The pilsner was good and crisp, actually halfway between a traditional pilsner and a lager (less bitter). The soft pretzels were some of the best I've ever had. The wife preferred the mustard dip (flavorful with mustard seeds); I preferred the cheese dip (again, one of the best I've had) which the wife said it reminded her too much of Swiss cheese (which is my favorite and her least favorite ... may explain the preferences.) It's definitely worth the stop.
