We’re visiting Ashtabula from out of state. I have to say this is the WORST Dairy Queen I have ever ordered from! First of all, the teen that took our order didn’t give us a receipt. We then waited in the pickup window for over 20 minutes to get our blizzards. I asked how we were supposed to eat the blizzards when the ice cream was dripping out the side of the cup! There was no way to open it without ice cream spilling all over! The teen said to take the lid off and put it under the cup. Of course it spilled all over. Tried getting some napkins and the dispenser was empty. I put the dispenser up to the window while we waited for our other order. The kid took the dispenser and placed it inside the window and never refilled it! While we were waiting, I watched him scoop up the crunch topping for another person’s order with the cup filled with ice cream while getting his bare hand in it! ? He didn’t bother to use the spoon. The bottom of the blizzard machine was covered with melted ice cream and discarded toppings. This DQ is very unsanitary and the workers are incompetent and uncaring. I feel sorry for the residents who live in this town full time. What an awful DQ! Never again!

What a nice treat, any frozen ice cream type desert. Or call it lunch or supper. Whatever you call it, it's Taste Bud Tantalizing.I've asked for changes in flavors and there's never a problem. The employees are top notch professional and aim to please. Dairy Queen is a long time favorite.Do youself a favor GET A Treat there soon.You won't be disappointed.

As I walked up to the Edgewood, Ohio, Dairy Queen , we were ordering, and I noticed all these crumbs on the table. When we went to go wait, he was making a cone with sprinkles on it with his bare hands. And when we got our order, there were crumbs all over the table and when we went to the canopy, we ate some of the ice cream and most of it was vanilla ice cream there were barely any toppings I want to see you do better dairy queen
Any DQ is good don't believe I've visited this one.
