I don’t understand WHY the restaurant is OFTEN closed to walk-ins. I think the employees are doing the best they can, BUT where is the management? Orders are getting mixed-up repeatedly! It’s a MESS!
It's an okay place. Coffee is good. They're usually really busy due to being understaffed. And sometimes the only way to get anything is going to the drive-thru. I've walked in before, and there was no one to help me. Like I said, understaffed. But that's the CEO's fault. So just be patient and nice. ?

Went for coffee today at about 11:15am. Line was out to the road so figured I'd go in and order. No sign on the door but once inside they have a sign saying no walkin orders?!?!
