Used drive-thru which is terrible. Huge chuck hole as you go through it. Ordered board could be a little higher to see all availability of items. Needs a good going over outside. Otherwise it's KFC chicken you get.

literally some of the rudest managers i’ve ever experienced(as a manager). I believe her name was “Tiff” but it was unbelievable i hope they don’t mess up your order because they’re going to act like you’re the biggest inconvenience literally ever and make you feel so dumb. absolutely disgusting.

Got an 8 piece all white meal at the drive through. 10 bucks more than the mix! When we got home I noticed there were only 4 breasts and 4 wings. Checked the receipt and that is what it said. My wife called and we got schooled by Tiffany, the on duty manager, that wings are now considered white meat. We called to complain about the tough to chew breasts and to let them know our potatoes and gravy were almost cold too. The little darlin was rude and snippy, interrupted my wife several times, and hung up on her. There just aren't many decent places to eat in Ashtabula anymore.

Vegetarian options: Only good item was coleslaw. The chicken. 8 pc was tuff. Mashed potatoes cold, soft butter wouldn't melt. Sad called got a sparky Tiffany said manger. Then she hung up on me. Wow just wow .

I ordered food online when I got there it wasn't even ready had to wait another 20 minutes on top of that I already waited the 30 minutes they recommended that I pick up then did not tell me where to park and bring my food out to me it was terrible terrible terrible
I ordered a chicken tenders meal with fries and a drink...the chicken tenders were stale and chewy and the fries also tasted stale or like they were sitting for a long time before given to me...both were also sort of cold...Luke warm at best...I threw it all in the trash after tasting it and called in a complaint...they offered me another meal and I was very greatful, when I went to get the meal I wanted regular chicken Instead of the tenders...which they granted me....the meal they gave me was fine but all wrong...they gave me the wrong sides. All in all I appreciate them replacing the meal and will try to get food there again one day.....but feel they have gone slightly downhill in quality.

Every time i go to this KFC they do such a great job! Food is fresh, people are friendly and quick and my order is always right ! Just had to give credit where due. Went there tonight and was just as pleased!!! Great job y’all!!

The food is good! The place is freaking sketchy at night though for sure. There's no lights on or a sign or anything that actually would make you think the store was running or even in business or that even makes it look welcoming or safe no lie. besides an open sign in the window but you can barely see that driving by and with the dark parking lot who's gonna park and walk in lolThe drive thru has also seen better days it's full of holes and I'd be surprised if no one's car has gotten damaged yet.
