So I was very interested in trying this place, but unfortunately I was very disappointed of the food. The workers were very friendly that is about it. If you want an authentic Mexican restaurant I recommend Los compadres in ashtabula.

I ordered Menudo it taste nothing like menudo. Then also ordered basic bean burritos and they messed it all up. I Just wanted bean, cheese ,sour cream and they put hardley any beans no sour cream and a whole bunch of rice. Makes no sense they got the order right on the recipt but can make the food right

my lovely wife ordered again from la roca restaurant this is the 3rd time. I’m so glad Wife wife’s is a little bit kind of picky but she loves it definitely we gonna order again this place became our favorite restaurant. My wife and I we thought if they got a bar drink this place would be pumped if they still continue like this la roca restaurant will get a Michelin star⭐️ no kidding. Mexico ??. We we were thinking ? to go enjoy our anniversary 5 de Mayo ?? ??

It was...edible. But if you're in the mood for Mexican, go elsewhere. (I recommend Luisa's in Geneva or Casa Frida in Ashtabula) Hoping I got a bad batch. I will try again in the future, and hope for better!

I heard about this place while ago finally I made thru today I Ordered enchiladas In green sauce shrimp enchiladas it’s was so perfect ?? the refried beans so yummy I loved everything rices was on point i like to travel I been in Mexico multiple times all the flavors are perfect ?? ? it it’s true Mexican flavors I’m from Texas I moved to Ashtabula 4 years ago I never though I was gonna find Mexican restaurant here in Ashtabula Well i haven’t try the whole menu yet I promise I will do it thank you

I was super pumped to try but i honestly was very disappointed. Order through door dash and it was terribly packaged missing queso and chips. The quesadilla was sopping wet and one of the empanadas had no cheese and just a big chunk of chicken in it. The deep fried burrito was good but was mainly rice hardly any steak.

Everyone is always personable and friendly and the food is incredible. Great seasoning and heat when requested. You will not find better tortilla chips anywhere! Great variety and they are always adding new things.
