Phoned in my order and was told 20 minutes get there and waited 50 minutes the order was completely wrong and when I showed him what was wrong he said you don't have to be rude so I had him refund my money

I worked as an employee there, and the assistant manager, Chris, would be racist and rude towards me, other employees, and some customers. He came inside the workplace from the backdoor high off weed and insisted that I smelled like weed and was sitting on my phone the entire time. In actual reality, I was doing all the work the other people weren't doing because they were outside smoking and messing around.The head manager Christine refused to check the cameras to see if anything Chris said was true. Because of their personal relationship. I was written up wrongly for things I didn't do and the managers didn't care.

Stopped in for a deep dish but didn’t know what kind I wanted and there tv was broken at the time so I asked the kind gentle man what options and I can say he Literally told me the whole menu up to down. And ended up changing my mind to a stuffed crazy combo which 10/10 recommend got his name as well got to known a little about him said he Been there for about a year and love his staff like a family

Called in a order because I had running around to do, came up to the shop when they said... They said they never got an order from me.... So I put the order in again, went to AutoZone. came back, pick up the food went home. It had the wrong topping but whatever, it was half hard and cold like it was hours old.....I gave it to my dogs we went out and got helcyon, they are a bit more money but the food is a lot better there.. I'm done with this place...Parking: Shared parking with other businesses, including subway. You know subway another good option to eat at if you accidentally chose to get lil Caesars...The parking lot is also big enough to turn your truck around and redirect to a better eating venue.

Both times that I ordered from here the pizzas were not fully cooked. The mushrooms were almost raw and the dough not cooked. The first time it happened a few months ago I thought maybe it was just a flook but when I ordered 2 pizzas again yesterday the same thing happened with both of them.

I've been getting pizza here for a while and it's always been ok. Always been a great value. But today I ordered a extra most bestest off the Mobile app. And I went in to pick it up and I wanted to buy a garlic dip thing and the young man behind the counter was very nice. Actually genuinely seem liked he was happy to be there. And the pizza definitely tatse much better today even my son said something. I don't know if they have new management or what. People always make comments when it's bad on reviews I wanted to make sure I highlighted when it was great! Keep it up!

Despite hearing about new management, it was far from what I expected. The presence of numerous flies everywhere raises concerns about health violations. Service was also subpar. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that they do not support war veterans like myself.
