Ordered the iced carmel machiato at the drive thru this morning. Was handed a cup of milk with carmel on bottom and an empty space where the coffee should be lol. I waited at window to key them know but was not gets again so I just left.

Pat, a cashier at the first drive thru window, is excellent!!! Deserves a raise she does her job very well!Service got a low score, because they get overloaded at lunch time and often make me wait. I usually don't mind waiting, except at lunch, as I only have a half an hour to eat.

I'm so disgusted with this place tonight!! Went there to get my son a Mighty kids meal and was greeted with a grumpy manager to informed me that my order no longer exists ???Claimed it hadn't in a long time , even though we just one less than a week ago...Then once I agreed to change the order and asked her to put the burger in the box instead of the nuggets and leave the nuggets in a bag she informed me I would have to do that.Besides the issue w the Happy meal they also were out of , for about 17 minutes , 2 other items I wanted, SMDH Harbor McDonald's needs to get it together!!!!!

Constantly!!!!! getting the wrong food! We shouldn't have to scream "whipped cream in a cup" because "pup cup" sounds like "creamer packets"! We've yelled bacon! Multiple times and they still give us steak! And the foods cold within 5 minutes of receiving it. Y'all gotta fire and re-hire because this establishment is just completely out of line.
