As far as Mr heroes goes this is the best one in Ashtabula. They make the sandwiches right every time always greeted with the smile. Google drive the extra miles just to go to this.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free

I was there today, ordered a 2L of Pepsi and two sandwiches got charged for 2-2L's the lady didn't even notice. And gave grief for not being happy I was getting over charged.I ordered extra onions she said she wasn't charging me like .75 but charged me 3.99$I will not be going there ever again!!Corporate should here about this!!

Absolutely terrible service. Wanted to use the app and when I asked was rudely told I need to order and go to the window and hand them my phone?! They wanted me to give them my cell phone and I Absolutely refused and asked if I could use the code under the QR and then she just went silent and that was it so I said nevermind and left! Spoke with a family member and she said she did same thing and went to hold it up to scan and the employee took it from her hands and shut the window "which is tinted" and did whatever! You want us to hand over our phones with private information and Financials so you can walk away with it and shut the window so we cant see what your doing with it!!! Screw that that's invasion/threat to privacy and financial as well as aren't we in COVID TIMES and now you want us to hand over our devices after you have dealt with the public all day.Rude, Unsanitary & Highly invasive practices!!! Avoid unless your comfortable with all that!
