There was so much grease from the cheese wontons (which have no cheese in them by the way) and the egg rolls it ripped through the paper bag. I paid the extra for chicken in my chicken low mein and there was hardly any chicken to be found in those noodles. The portion for the sweet and sour chicken was not what I expected. This use to be the best Chinese around, now I think I’m ready to move on.
Flavor has changed in the menu items after the business was sold but still acceptable. Customer service on the other hand has gone down. Placed an order over the phone (2 combos and a large house lo mein). When I picked my order up I noticed it was not what I had ordered over the phone. It had 1 combo, 1 large house lo mein and almost a combo (missing lo mein on the second combo). My elderly mother ordered CHICKEN LO MEIN because she is missing half the teeth in her mouth and it's all she can eat easily. We got home with our food that we ordered and they forgot the CHICKEN. Now she is sitting here watching everyone else eat their filling meals while she slurps down these noodles that she said aren't even that great. Very disappointed and now my mother is going to go to bed hungry.
