Went to subway on a Tuesday night asked for light sauce on my boss sub tall blond lady poured a bottle of sauce on sub after I asked for lite sauce asked for a re make she grabbed a dirty knife and scooped the sauce of it . Abousetly digusting and then gave me attuide and wouldn’t re make my sub.

I love the two young girls who usually work nights we went in to use our coupons and they are always helpful but sadly there was a not so helpful girl there the other day and she refused to go get my chicken from the back so my sub wasn’t what i actually wanted but it worked.

Met the new owner today and she actually is involved with making the food very nice and the other young lady Zoey was very nice and polite the new ownership looks like there going to do great if you stopping going because of past owner you may want to try it now you will not be disappointed

Food Poisoning Again from this place……… thought we would try again since it has been a while but will never again from this one ??
Absolutely horrible service. I repeated my order multiple times and, when my sub still didn't get made correctly, the sandwich artist blamed me for it. Everyone else in line had the same problem. Service would probably go better if the workers weren't wearing air pods during their shifts. They wouldn't even exchange the order. Will not be back.My advice is to spend your money at an establishment that cares whether you get the order you placed or not.

Taylor is an absolute ***** if you get my drift. Wears airpods so she can't hear what I'm ordering, then gets my order WRONG. I tell the lady at the register and she was too I don't even know what to fix it. My disabled mother goes back up to have the sandwich fixed, and TAYLOR refuses to make it or give a refund for messing it up, emailed corporate and called the manager. Neither fixed it, great customer service. Don't go here EVER.
