Unsure of who owns this Wendy's,but this is by far the worse I've ever been to. Coming from living in the greater Cleveland area and suburbs that's saying a lot. #1 the workers are rude. I've been cursed at by the girl with piercings in her face. Called to complain and you just get put on hold until you hang up. I've come there @7pm & they've been temporarily closed. Only to find the staff outside smoking cigarettes and weed (I know the smell & I have pictures). Gave them one last chance last month during lunch. Everything was cold and the fries and nuggets cooked in old grease and dried out. MESSAGE TO THE OWNER : GET YOUR STORE AND STAFF UNDER CONTROL PLEASE.

My last 3 visits, via drive thru, have not been good. The first time I ordered a baked potato and it was cold/hard. The 2nd time, I ordered a baked potato and they were out of potatoes. The 3rd time I stopped and ordered a baked potato plain, just butter and I get back to work and there was no butter. I called to complain only to be told they had NO butter!

I ordered fries and chicken nuggets. When I got the food the fries looked and tasted like they were made in old oil. I tried one fry and one bite of chicken and returned my meal. Manager said they changed the oil once a week per regulations. I don't t know the regulations but that doesn't seem right. Gave me a refund with no problems

If I could give a rating that was below zero for this place I absolutely would. I don’t normally complain about service or anything really because no one is perfect and things happen. My friend went to place an order in the drive thru she told him to hold on. Then he told her what he wanted and she asked him again then told him to hold on. She must’ve thought that he couldn’t hear her but she proceeds to say how she knows that he must be fat because of what he ordered. I will never go there again and I highly recommend against anyone eating here . My friend ended up driving off and I honestly don’t blame them. The last time I went there myself I went for breakfast there and I ordered a single breakfast sandwich it was cold. The food sucks and the customer service sucks !

Made a mobile order double baconator and cheese fries, was the only car in the drive thru so it wasn’t busy. Order took forever and my baconator doesn’t have a single bacon on it. Worst serviceeeee, the crowd seems completely lost.

Tried dining in at 6:30, door was unlocked they told us that they are closed... dining room hours on the door says 9pm. Was hauling a camper so couldn't go through the drive thru. Would not recommend going here, staff was rude.
