I waited 20 minutes without being asked what I wanted to drink or eat. Was not introduced to a server. Hostess walked past us 5 times stared at us seeing without drinks. One of the managers walked past us seeing that we didn’t have a drink or food. Horrible service. Especially for the first time of us going to this particular Applebees. You need to get your stuff together. Absolutely unacceptable.

Extremely poor experience all around, staff was sitting around more than working, we had a very simple order and was incorrectly made waitress never once asked if we'd like a refill on our drinks, by the time food had gotten to the table it wasn't only made incorrectly it was cold. We order burgers and fries and a appetizer of nachos. Place wasn't very busy at all and fully staffed absolutely a terrible dinner experience when your staff can clearly be heard talking about and making fun of the costumers. Needless to say I tip and I tip well I did not leave one on this night.

This eating establishment is simply unmatched. The service provided here by the kind folk that are employed are the kindest humans to walk the earth next to Jesus Christ himself. I wouldn’t put it past them to be there for me in any time of need, they're like brothers and sisters to me… i love them like family. The second i step foot into this fine dining establishment i get goose bumps all over. One time in walked in and got so overwhelmed with the service i fainted but the fine folk that work there nursed me back to health. I would not be surprised to know these people…. no angels weren't sent here by god himself to help guide me on my journey through life. They've changed me in ways words can't even describe… i love you applebees….. forever and always from the bottom of my heart… thank you.

Waitress was wonderful (Jennifer) so polite, made us laugh and prompt. Greeter/Seater (Olivia) sweet smile and so kind.Manager brought us our pretzel and beer cheese out. Bowl had maybe 2 teaspoons of cheese. Waitress went back and got a us full bowl of cheese.Quesadilla burger was pink.. Waitress got us a discount on it. Very sweet. Didn't ask.I ordered the blacken Cajun salmon!!! Amazing. I have not cleared my plate in years!!! It was so delicious.Thank you Jennifer and Olivia for our experience.

This day was dry and hard it absolutely sucked the potatoes was cold and no flavor they didn't give us butter nothing with it it was very very basic small portions horrible The last two times it's been this way I just didn't completely disappointed and it the price was outrageous time it was horrible I won't be going back.
