Fantastic Thai food and drink. I've eaten food from Dr. Mays on probably 2 dozen occasions at various events in and around Athens, at her food ? and now at the new brick and mortar location on E. State St. (See photos).The food has always been excellent. My favorite is her basil chicken. Highly recommend.

Just awful service. Asked questions regarding the dishes we planned on ordering and confirmed with entire staff what we order would come out as we asked. Received the food and it was not at all what we ordered, which we asked multiple times prior, portions were small and bland. When we spoke to the staff on why things were wrong we were brushed off and told to order something else again. For any question we had after receiving our food was countered with a random answer or something 'obvious' that we should've known. Just glad this isn't really a doctors office because no one would be saved.

I really enjoyed the meal I had from Dr. May’s Thai. The pumpkin pork curry was fantastic. The chicken pad Thai was good too, but the flavor of the curry was very very special. I know it was just a seasonal menu item, but it was so so good!

I’ve been going here for years, and I drive 30 minutes to get here. The food is always amazing and the service is stellar.Regarding the price, you’re paying more for better quality. The prices and portions are explained clearly on the website.The Pad Thai is stellar, as is the Chicken Stir fry.Dietary restrictions: I can’t have peanuts and they always accommodate me.

I don't give bad reviews lightly, but we really had a dismal experience with the service. We visited their booth at the paw paw festival. Food was ok. Service was horrid. No one gave us as much as a smile or a proper eye contact. The signage was unclear. The staff was rude when we asked questions. Would not return nor recommend.

Food was good, but prices for the portion sizes are horrible. Went to a food truck festival where their stand was pretty dead, got four bites of noodles and a skewer…I get why they weren’t busy. If you want just a bite, and you have a bunch of extra money go for it…otherwise I wouldn’t recommend.

Dr. May’s Thai Kitchen has a great variety of Thai food and food are cooked on an order basis. Food were tasted great with an authentic Thai flavor. Loved what we ordered with great value. Will come back and have them again!

I am a door dasher.Doordash was going to pay me an extra dollar for a photo of the menu.Doordash just wanted to verify what was on her menu for that specific day.The owner of the restaurant would not let me take a picture stating that DoorDash “wanted to spy on her”.THIS IS A FREE COUNTRY!!!You should be allowed to take a picture of whatever you want at a business.How are customers supposed to know what is on the menu if they can’t see it?

Had the opportunity to try Dr. May’s at a local pumpkin festival. Customer service was great, and the food was AMAZING and even related to the pumpkin theme! I hope to see the food truck around at more events in the future :)
