The service is always just bad and strange. I’ve gotten sick literally every time I have eaten here. If you don’t wanna handle chaos don’t over serve minors till they’re passing out in the restroom it is that simple.

The manager of this fine establishment greeted us and sat us, then treated us like he knew us our whole lives. He does know my son and his wife! The food was fantastic, our server was fantastic and everything as a whole was fantastic. This is a must stop if you are in Athens

We are here for lunch on a Sunday. Very few people in the restaurant so not busy at all. Food was just ok. The service was pretty nonexistent. We had to ask for everything we needed from silverware to refills and chips.

I've never had a horrible experience here it's more just that I typically don't enjoy my food a lot when I come here. Staff is always nice and it's like a typically Mexican restaurant inside but it's not my favorite place to get Mexican food.

Walking distance from Ohio University. Food was very good, but portions a little on the small side for dinner. The Vallarta was awesome— delicious sauce, but on the watery side so eating with tortillas messy, so I recommend eating over their delicious rice. Salsa for chips awesome! Server was very nice. Decor nice. Floors throughout sticky. Restrooms ok, could have been a little cleaner.Vegetarian options: My son is the vegetarian in our group and he was satisfied with the number of options.Parking: In a very nice old downtown area. Plenty of street parking with meters. At the time of this review, meters take coins and credit card.
Stopped by for a quick lunch and the food was solid. Took a few seconds (45ish) for someone to meet me at the hostess stand. The restaurant was really slow, but I suppose that's to be expected at a restaurant in college town during the summer. I've been here twice now and the restaurant is quite dark. I do believe that turning on the lights a bit could help brighten the space. I had lunch special #1, the speedy Gonzales... rice, enchilada and a taco. For $6.99 with house chips and salsa, it was a solid meal. Not very large portions but I didn't expect it would be.

There was an odd smell like an air conditioner was clogged with cooking grease. And the furniture was ripped and not very clean. But food and service were excellent. Don't know if they do take out, but would get food again.Dietary restrictions: A wide variety of dishes can accomodate most special diets from vegan to low cal.
