This is the second Mexican Restaurant I have been to since living in Ohio. The first restaurant put a bad taste in my mouth because he was extremely rude. But Grande Ranchero is a 10/5. The service was friendly, fast, and outstanding. The food is on point and very flavorful. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely authentic and amazing Mexican food, to include the complimentary chips and salsa! Beer was ice cold. Great portions and reasonable pirces. The server only checked on us towards the end while we sat with empty drinks for half our meal. Place could use an upgrade and deep cleaning.

Last time I went not only was the person handling the phones incredibly rude, but got the order wrong. When I went in it seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but there, mumbled and made the process of correcting the order incredibly tedious and time consuming. I was gonna give it a pass because I have to this point enjoyed every experience I have had there. Although tonight I has a similarly bad experience, and will probably not be getting takeout here again.

Went in about 6:30 PM for dinner, at the time it was packed. After a few minutes they got us seated. Tables are old and worn down same with the chairs. A bit of a tight squeeze in the booth seats. Can tell that the place needs remodeled and repainted. Felt very cramped. The art work was very pretty though. We ordered enchilada Bandera, enchilada supremas and churros. Food came out fast. The color display on the Bandera was beautiful but can tell that it's all microwaved food. The cheese was bland, the beef was a bit odd, the chicken was tender and juicy and the bean one was no different than a frozen bean burrito from the store. They did serve us chips and salsa before we ordered. Top layer of chips were fresh but the bottom of the basket were stale. Salsa had an odd soapy taste but that is due to having way too much cilantro. Churros came out, not really looking like their picture in the menu. Were extremely hard and couldn't taste any apple in them. Paid 35 dollars and was still a bit hungry due to portions being incredibly small. But next time I will be saving my money and just be buying the items from the store and be satisfied.

Let me state this was my 2nd time here. The food was just okay Presentation was nice but It lacked flavor. I say this because I am Mexican so living in a place where we don't have many options. I went for my birthday because we wanted Margaritas we ordered mango and it didn't taste like it was very watery. Most upsetting was how Rude the waiter was. He was annoyed and dismissive. But yet the people who were white were Treated so much better. That's fine but we didn't complain or say anything out of place. But it was not a good birthday experience.

Very good food clean fresh my wife and I think this is one of the best Mexican restaurants we have ever eaten
The waitress was very rude. When taking our drink order she walked away before we even finished the order. The little girl we had with us spilled her drink and the waitress just walked away and didn't say anything. I walked up to her and asked her could I please have something to wipe up the spilled drink. Her reply was for me to just move to another table. She never bothered to ask if we wanted a drink to replace the spilled one. Her and other employees just kept staring at us. When our food came she just slammed the plates down and walked away. I got the impression that this place is not child friendly. I did not leave a tip because I felt she didn't deserve one. I have never been in such a unpleasant restaurant in my life. I will definitely not be back.
