Rotten cucumbers in my club.The reply says to contact feedback on Jimmy Johns website. We already did days ago and you guys did nothing, hence a 1 star google review. Maybe if your company refunded people for gross food, we wouldn’t all be here writing these reviews:)

Still one of the greatest places on earth to eat at! I hated how sarcastic & rude the employees were but the gourmet subs are to die for! I would choose this place over any place on earth. The only thing I'd change about this place is the people who work here.Parking: Located on Court Street Athens which is always very busy with traffic so be very careful.

Queue management for balancing sandwiches made for walk-in vs a large preorder needs work. Multiple of the same sandwiches being made could have been applied the sandwich of the walk-in order. Yet the walk-in was made to wait while a pre order was filled and no one was there waiting to pick it up.

If you can't accept orders on Uber eats then don't have your system on. I'm from out of town and it was depending on this for dinner at my hotel stay. If you can't fulfill the orders don't accept them on the app

Ordered door dash sandwich was absolute trashed and drink had a rubber glove on top with a hole in half way full guy delivered it on a bicycle absolutely awful it was so bad I ll never order from this jimmy johns

Thought you were open later so l waited til 11:55 p.m. to order. Delivery was fast , and the driver wouldn't let me sign for a tip as you closed at midnight. Most places would have let the phone ring. I had a busy day that day and no time to cook. Hunger is the best appetizer. ? Thank you.
My 3rd time before I decided to post a review. I hate posting poor reviews, but decided it was necessary.The subs are just okay. The white french bread is the weakest sub bread I've ever had. Toppings seem fine, except no hot peppers or other way to spice it up? No salt & pepper? Subway isn't a high bar, but Jimmy Johns doesn't even rise to that level.Service: In my 3 visits to this location, I've specifically ordered without mayo and instead oil & vinegar and they screwed this up 2 out of 3 times. I don't know why it is so difficult to follow directions.

Horrible service, NOT fast! If they don't run out of bread, it takes over an hour for delivery. No remorse, no concern.

Worst Jimmy Johns EverTerrible customer service, Red-headed guy is a total j*** for no reason. Took forever for one sandwich that come out wrong. Also saw sliced salami sit out in front of the slicer for the hour I was sitting there waiting for my food, bet its still there too.
