I just watched the smoothest running McDonald's in Athens Ohio. Travis and Jeremiah and their crew just killed it. Had a full house already and then 2 buses pulled in. I thought this is going to be a nightmare. It wasn't they ran like a well oiled machine. Food was hot and service was amazing.

If this is the McDonald's on East state I would recommend this McDonald's over all the ones in Athens and nelsonville . The store is clean well maintained comfortable friendly staff and you are truly treated like a customer

One of the worst cashier's I've ever had. She asked if I wanted one pie or two, when I asked if there is a discount if you buy two, rudely she said and I quote, I don't have a clue, then just looked at me like I was bothering her.
The manager is a really nice man and I like how he treats his workers.Parking: It was easy to get in and park.Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is right at the door where it should be.

I bought a latte in the drive through line that came out tasting like it had absolutely no coffee in it, just milk. I went inside and asked for coffee to be added and the employees made a big show of “adding” espresso, only to hand back to me the exact same latte in a bigger cup that was no darker or more coffee flavored than before.
