I ordered Uber eats and the driver and I stayed in communication the whole time. They had her waiting 40 mintues to an HOUR for my order. When they finally brought it out the food was so cold so it’s been sitting out ready for like 20 minutes. My shake was completely melted. I get it if it was outrageously busy but it wasn’t. She refused the order and had them remake it. But you could def tell that it was microwaved cuz the lettuce was so slimy and wilted.

Ordered through DoorDash and 4 people tried picking up the order. The employees told each person that our order was “unavailable” but did not explain as to why. It doesn’t seem like a DoorDash app issue because everything is working on the dashers end. Since the order says it’s being prepared through the DoorDash App, you can’t cancel the order to get a refund. Tried calling the store several times to just ask why it’s “unavailable” and no one is answering. I understand if they are busy and don’t want to take online orders. If this is the case then you need to turn off the DoorDash option. Out $40 now.Update right as I posted: the dasher was able to cancel the order because they could not complete it so we will get the refund. But still leaving this here because we (including the dasher) are confused as to the reason behind the order being “unavailable”

Holy rude workers, Batman. Came by to pick up an order and were informed the wifi was down. Cool, okay, so we go to inquire as to how to handle the mobile order and get “Sir I can’t give you *anything* today. We don’t have internet.” in the RUDEST tone I’ve heard in a long time. Geez. Worker finally said we could “take it up with 1-800” but quickly signed off and didn’t even bother seeing if we had more questions. Just kinda “No WiFi, eff you”Um, since when was lack of internet the customer’s fault? Damn y’all. Take a breath. Sorry you’re having a rough day but like…I’m a human, too and I didn’t cause your problem. Management might need to spend some more time on training.

My French fries were old and stale. All of the food tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. The people were nice. That was the only positive thing on my visit. The restaurant was kind of busy. Not sure why there's stale French fries at a kind of busy restaurant.

not great service. found a hair in my slushy and whenever i go through the drive through to order the same thing each time they say they can't do it. which makes no sense. very frustrating and disappointing...

Absolutely atrocious. They decide to open an outdoor only establishment in December. The only way to order is drive through or a kiosk outside. The card reader doesn't work the manager looks like a failed cop. The staff is unable to help unless it's through a head set. I'd love to comment on the food but it's impossible to actually obtain their sorry excuse for substance.
