The worst experience with delivery. Will never use this company again. They were very rude and hung up on me three times. I wouldn't even give them one star but that's what it took to leave this review.

Very rude customer service and waiting 45 minutes while it was dead inside. I don't know how the woman with blonde dreads even works here. Very unprofessional and very rude. Any other subway in athens is better than this one.

The lady with the blonde dreads is really passive aggressive. When I walk in, she is always saying, “It’ll take like 25 minutes. I am all by myself.” This neglects other customers that come in, and reflects a negative attitude towards customers. Furthermore, she constantly interrupts customers when they are ordering. She always looks pissed off whenever you come in. She either needs more training to improve her customer service skills or needs to be terminated from her job. It is unprofessional and unacceptable to act like this in customer service.

THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! First we had 3 coupons one of them worked barely though it should have been $5.99 for our footlong but the total came out to $9.69 and we were supposed to have a free cookie and bag of chips but they didn't get either of them and they charged us for those coupons when they didn't let us get our free stuff. And this one older lady named Denise I'm pretty sure was the worst person I've ever met she was extremely rude and grumpy and and she didn't even change her gloves in between making subs or after touching the cash register plus some of the workers weren't even wearing gloves. The bathrooms are so nasty and gross it looked like MOLD was growing and there was a fly in the bathroom. There were fruit fly's on the flipping food that's just nasty.
