“So far, when ordering over the phone, the person on the other end is polite, clear to understand & feels like a long time ago, when you were known as the customer & valued & they valued themselves too.. the food is consistently good.. we have never eaten there, so I have no comment on the atmosphere.. but would think it is friendly & clean...“
“Had a pleasant experience for Valentine's Day dinner with my wife there. The atmosphere was fun and lively. There was live piano music being played that was a nice touch. Highly recommended for a special/fun dining experience. My only gripe is that the seating attendant was a bit slow, and then the service was not as polite as you would expect from such a nice establishment. But grace is needed there because it was Valentine's and I know they were VERY busy. Overall, great place and recommended!“
“Our leadership team went here for happy hour, and it was wonderful. The variety of appetizers worked for all of us. Unique specialty drinks are available but didnt appeal to the 4 of us. We were there for 3 hours and never felt rushed. Will definitely be back!Parking: Directly behind the building.“
“Beautiful Italian Market with tons of delectable authentic Italian foods. A deli, bakery, grocery store, and a pleasant eating area all in one place. The canoli are just like the ones I had as a child. We discovered Alesci's and will definitely be going back.“
“By far has the best pizza and salads! Nothing fancy and thank goodness they haven't changed a thing since I was a kid and would go after a football games every Friday! So many great memories here! Always familiar faces, great service and feels like home!“
“We placed a large order on a Friday night and was told it would only be 45 minutes. Holding true to their timing we were only 4 minutes early to pick it up. The chicken and jojos were absolutely delicious. The Philly pizza was a one of a kind and would definitely recommend it to someone looking for something different and new. Will definitely be ordering again for our small business get togethers.“
“I've eaten at the Sirnas in Bedford, and it's always great. I'm not sure if this is affiliated. I only stopped by to check it out as i was passing by, so it was not a dining experience, but it looks clean, spacious, and inviting in a modern way. On my list to try!!!Parking: Plenty they have their own lotWheelchair accessibility: 1st floor easy entry yes“
“I truly don't understand some of the negative reviews. I consider myself a regular at this restaurant and as many times as I have been there I have NEVER had a bad experience yet. The Salmon Oscar is great. The pasta is very good and I will forever be a fan of the risotto. This place is a one of my favs.“
“Recently came out to grab a sandwich. They didn't have a Google Pay POS and I didn't have cash on me so I had to leave without getting food. Great place, definitely won't be my last time visiting and the service was friendly and understanding. They explained that they'd be getting updated POS machines soon. I caught the manager before she was leaving for the day and she understood the issue right away and took the time to explain the situation to me.“
“OMG! I was on that side of town yesterday and stopped in for a quick bite to go and it was really good! Their pizza is like no other around town. Very fresh ingredients. Excellent service too! I typically don't leave reviews, but I popped open my browser and their listing was still there, so why wouldn't I?“
“Flour has become a go-to place for us. It has a diverse menu that caters to many tastes. We like sitting at tables, but if they are really busy and we go without reservations, the bar is comfortable and the cocktails are good. They give service with a smile. Their regular menu is good and their specials are great also. Last time there I had some awesome Lasagna. The portion size allowed me to have it for lunch the next day. The sauce and pasta were a great match. The Caesar salad was enough for two and the bread with olive oil and spices kept us busy while waiting for our entrees. The lava cake finished the meal just right.Flour is vibrant and a good place to celebrate.Tables not to close together, and walkways wide enough if to get around easily. If you like valet service they have it. During warmer months they have outside seating. We think if you go once, you will go back. We have many time.“
“For being a deep dish Chicago Pizza snob I have to say this place was amazing. I had the gluten free Sicilian Detroit Style pizza with spinach, green pepper, and pinched Italian sausage. I have to admit this has now earned by favorite local pizza establishment. Cheese was great and the toppings were fresh. Service was spot on and friendly. Very easy to order on-line too.“
“I was unable to drive due to personal reasons but was craving pizza. Brandon went above and beyond and got me me pizza delivered after they closed. He even brought me a bonus treat of a brownie for me being patient. 5 star employee. Give Brandon a raise please!!!“
“Recently we came here with about 10 people. I hadn't been since I was a kid. Everyone's food looked and tasted great and even the half size portions were too filling for most of us! I was very thankful to see such fair prices and a decent kids menu. I absolutely plan to come back here more often. The only changes I would make would be some plating suggestions like to serve chicken Parm on a plate instead of a bowl and to serve the bread as fresh as possible.“
“They are remodeling, so we were put in a bigger party room. It was loud but still decent. We've come here many times, the food is very good. My chicken pot pie special was outstanding! My husband had a chicken beet salad that was fantastic as well. I'm looking forward to seeing their new updated regular dining area. Plenty of parking too. We'll be back for sure.“
“AMAZING place for a date night with cozy tables and friendly service. Cloth napkins and cute tableware. Food was delicious - we got the meatball platter, artichokes, pizza, and dessert. Italian beer on tap was a plus! Mia anticipated our needs and made it happen.Parking: Learn to parallel park for the close in spots hahah!“
“Very pleasant experience. Came in early on a Friday and were sat very quickly. Our server Tina was very attentive and friendly. We didn't go all out, just some apps and some pizzas. Carpaccio, meatball, fried asparagus and a caesar salad. Followed by three wonderfuly hot pizza's. Everything was just fine. All seasoned well. We love coming here. M Italian has a great staff currently. Always a good choice.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.“
“Absolutely one of the best meals all year we have had. Cafe Toscano is fast becoming one of our favorite authentic and fresh Italian restaurants. From the arancini made hot and fresh to the homemade bread and wonderful entrees (saltimbocca with the vodka cream linguine) and desserts...how can this be this good in Aurora? They make plates fresh and just for you so don't expect a quick microwave or go waste your time at Olive Garden. The suggestions and service from Ashleigh is awesome and like you're the only table she running (not true). Thanks“
