I'm really not sure what's with all the angry reviews. I tried this restaurant for the first time this week and I had no problems. I did everything through the app. That means I ordered, paid, and even tracked my pizza on it. The pizza came out perfectly fine and it even brought back the nostalgia that I had for Pizza Hut when I was a kid!

FFS pizza hut, is no one reading the order nowadays?? I ordered a big dinner box and made edits to the bacon chicken pizza to have no tomatoes on it... and I still have tomatoes on it. Not only that, but they didn't even cut the breadsticks AT ALL. It's all one big brick of bread. Like.. the last thing I ever want to do with my pizzas is pick off the stuff I don't want to eat on it.. I don't recommend doing it with And this isn't the first time where they've screwed up my order too. But seriously, whoever is putting the orders together at this location needs to start following the way the food gets ordered.

The wings are great but the is not cooked all the way though this the third time they. They give you you credit but next check on the pizza before before it get delivered. Maybe I will somewhere else

Not sure what's with the bad reviews but looks like none are recent, so I will leave one. We've been going to this Pizza Hut for the last 2 years and they haven't missed yet. Prompt, very courteous, generous with toppings, and consistent quality every time. Better than other Pizza Huts in the area and definitely one of our go to pizza places.

Awful is not not descriptive. Although the staff is always polite and kind.....the orders are always screwed up. The pizza is terrible and only the wings are somewhat edible. A recent review labeled this the "absolute worst Pizza Hut location in all of America" and he is spot on. We gave them three opportunities in the span of 10 days. Every order was screwed up. Wrong food, bad food and missing food - in that order. Luckily there are several other pizza stores nearby to choose from. Or stop at the gas station and buy a Red Baron frozen pizza as it will be a LOT better.

This is my second review as they somehow got the first pulled. Let it be known this is the absolute worst Pizza Hut location likely in all of America. They are incapable of making an order correctly and regularly deliver food not only made incorrectly for Pizza Hut standards, but dangerously undercooked and grossly presented. They routinely take 2+ hours for delivery and often are actually out of the items you would expect from Pizza Hut (pan crust, stuffed crust, etc). The management has changed at least 4x in the last two years, I know because every single time we've ordered we've had to escalate our concerns to corporate who then puts us in touch with management, who've all explained the general mismanagement and problems at this store. Rude to my wife and MY CHILDREN, it's just pizza, it's really not that serious and if Pizza Hut wasn't my kids favorite I would never order from any Hallrich owned Pizza Hut location ever again, but it is, and our kids still ask for Pizza Hut. I'm not that picky, I promise, but it I pay 30$ for two pan pizzas and some wings, and you show up with hand tossed pizzas and no wings, and tell me my online order (which I obviously have the receipt for) didn't go brought correctly and that I'm a j*** for not wanting the wrong order, we've got problems.

I don't know what's going on at this location, but the last two times the food was horrible. The breadsticks smelled and tasted horrible and the sauce for the breadsticks was rancid. The pasta wasn't cooked mostly. Just really disappointed and when i try to call to tell someone they just put me on hold. We will not be ordering from there anymore.
I like the pizza and wings. They go out of their way to deliver out of their delivery area. Thank you Aurora Pizza Hut!! You have my business and your drivers get great tips from my family!

After waiting 2 hours for our delivery we called to find out where our pizza was. We tried 3 times and no one answered. My fiance had to call corporate to get through to the store. They said they lost our order and would have another out to us promptly. After another hour we called and canceled the order. We will never order from here again. This isn't the first time we have had issues with this store either. Another time our food took so long to get here it was cold and nasty. We threw it away. Never again.

Ugh. Just ugh. I think I'm done with Pizza Hut for a while thanks to this location. Ordered a pan crust. I wasn't thrilled with the 1.25 hour delivery time, but I figured it was a Friday night, so...not a huge deal. The problem was when the food finally arrived. First off, it was the flattest pan pizza I'd ever seen, which was unfortunately predictive of the quality overall. Second, as soon as I chewed my first bite, my tongue was coated with uncooked dough. Pan pizzas are described as "soft and chewy on the inside," not wet, gooey, and totally disgusting. This was a huge waste of money. If you like pan pizzas and want something similar that isnt awful, hit up Romeos in Twinsburg.

Food is better than any other local pizza place, including other Pizza Huts. We drive an extra 15 minutes from home for our pizzas because the employees are alway so nice and helpful here!!7!

Disgusting... is all I can say. I was waiting for about 5 minutes for my food. Not the problem. the problem was the drivers coming back and from deliveries and walking back NOT washing their hands. Then making salads. Gross! They are dealing with money, driving, who knows where their hands have been. I'm just watching them continue to make salad after salad. Hands in the lettuce cheese, banana peppers, onions, very disgusting. My food was OK. Cheese sticks were cold,pasta was good. Ordered a personal pizza with crushed red pepper flakes on the crust. Nope didn't get that either.
