Great hamburgers in youngstown. It cost more than other hamburgers .but it worthwhile.

The guy that waited on us dropped my fries out of the bag onto the counter...I wasn't happy about the an he didn't say sorry or anything...just scooped them up an put them back in the bag an handed them to us....my mouth dropped!

The Austintown, OH location is the WORST of all the chains. I paid for items in a to-go order that were not included. There was not another customer in the restaurant and I was order #1. HOW HARD IS IT to include everything I purchased in the bag? NOT HARD. PATHETIC service and the manager is RUDE.

Every time I order the attitude with the staff is positive and interactive! I’ve been in food service for 25+ years and this place is clean and never dirty! The burgers are just like they should be and fries are always fresh! The most important thing is the immediate attention to customer service! Burgers are just ok, the fries are terrible.Cut from whole fresh potatoes, cooked thru but absolutely awful, ie limp & soggy.I ate in so not like they got steamed in the bag.Learn how to properly fry potatoes please.

The hotdog i received horrible. Was hungry i ate it. 1/10. Hamburger expensive with stuff i had on it didnt taste the patties. Probably made them to thin. They used to hook you up with the frys. No more. Service was great cause you slave people for minimal wage. But they gave me great service with poo expensive food.
